First rate service. Duncan turned up within 10 minutes of my call, despite it not being an emergency. He explained all the steps he was carrying out, and why, as he did them - a true professional. Very friendly manner, and he cleaned up thoroughly before he left. I wholeheartedly recommend Optiplumb to anyone in the Te Kowhai area.

They sorted out our instantanious gas heater replacement. Responsive and helpful from the start. Nice guys, they were very polite and respectful. Comfortable having them in our house.
