H. M.In my experience, great service. From the friendly service shown by the front desk in their showroom, by the two young ladies.
To their parts department next door, the two gentleman behind the counter whom, were able to assist me in finding the right fittings.
I needed some fittings for some DIY plumbing repair work. My home is old and the wall fittings, tap and hoses all needed replacing.
The end result, success, with a few modification and secured plumbing, without leaks, including great water flow into the cistern.
My ensure toilet, functions as per normal without the leaks, & slow filling of water into cistern🙄🤨.
