Burst water main under house. Personally cleared floor area and cut open floor plan to facilitate direct access to allow direct quicker repair. The more time acting as a builder as well will ultimately cost you. Had pipe repaired in about 2.5 hours including giving him a cuppa and biscuits. Very professional repair. Invoice itemized and reasonable prices for labor and parts. Rebuilt floor myself and closed up after allowing to dry out after four days. I cleaned up all his shovels also. It was appreciated.
