Highly Recommend Harbour City Plumbing. We used them to replace our old leaking Hot water tank and replaced it with Brand New Infiniti Unit, absolute best choice ever, great team, great work, great pricing. Will definitely be using them for any future work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have used Harbour City Plumbing for over 4 years for all our commercial work fitting out bars and restaurants. Brad and the team explain everything clearly and do a great job - prompt, friendly service and always on call if there's an issue.

Had a small kitchen job, was asked to provide photos which I did. The plumber arrived and had to leave to go get parts, despite having a picture to know what the job entailed. Pretty disappointing, as I would have thought that if it were a simple job, then they would have basic parts in their van. Ended up being charged 2 1/2 hrs labour, which was reduced by a half hour. The owner was really nice when I spoke to him happy to review the labour costs which led to the half hour reduction, but I still feel like I was overcharged for the job. I had a similar job with another company that cost less than half of what I was charged by Harbour City, so I don't think I would use them again unfortunately.

We have used Harbour City Plumbing for about 5 years now and find them to be very prompt and professional. We recently had a property that had a major leak over Easter weekend, they went out of their way to fix the problem for us. They always respond to our questions within 24 hours and I find their standard of work to be excellent. I Highly recommend them.

A friend referred us to Brad and the team at Harbour City Plumbing a few years ago. Harbour City Plumbing had renovated their bathrooms and they were really impressed with their workmanship and how they were easy people to work with. We are so thankful for the referral. Over the years we have engaged Harbour City Plumbing to help us, sometimes at very short notice such as when there was a leak in an old pipe. They have also helped with general plumbing maintenance, designing and installing a new rain head(part of the outside guttering system), they supplied us with a new Insinkerator, installed a new water toby and have inspected our gas heaters,water system and cook top. Harbour City Plumbing are a multi-skilled team who are a pleasure to deal with. All forms of communication including phone calls, emails and in person conversations are professional and clear and the team are friendly and considerate too.It means a lot to know if we need anything plumbing wise we can call Harbour City Plumbing and they will respond immediately.We wholeheartedly recommend Harbour City Plumbing.
