Awesome service. Really responsive. The guy sent to fix the leak was really respectful in our home.

Jason Brown Plumbing is straight forward, on time, reasonably priced and honest. I have used them a couple of times and both were a great experience. I highly recommend their outfit for any plumbing/ Heating needs!

Had a leaking watermain and it was problematic to find the watermain, find the leak and also effect a repair. the main is old and an old fix also required addressing. Charley battled through all of the problems and did a great job of fixing everything while carefully working in a rose garden. Very pleased with the service. will definitely be back.

A prompt response to my enquiry via their website, then the job got done in a few days, on time, as arranged. It was only a small job, so I was expecting that tradies would be too busy on the big jobs, but no, these guys got right on to it!

We have used Jason Brown Plumbing and Gas for the installation of a new central heating system. Easy to deal with from the start from pricing the job to commencement of the works. They also helped out with the removal of some old gas heaters. The install went smoothly and on schedule. Big compliments to Phil and Rory for their workmanship. Professional and courteous as well as tidy and punctual and very knowledgeable of what systems work best for their customers. We have used Jason Brown Plumbing in the past for an urgent repair to our water supply system and more recently to provide us a quote for a couple of jobs. They are amazingly quick at responding, very professional in their work, and at reasonable costs. Definitely highly recommended!

The wastewater drain pipe in my property was completely broken, I only became aware of that when I had a block drain and the CCTV guy told me I needed to get it fixed quite urgently but he wasn't interested in doing the work. To get to the broken part, significant amount of earth removing work was required. I contacted a number of plumbers in the region and explained the situation, Kirstie from Jason Brown Plumbing was among the very first few which got back to me quick. She let me know when they can attend to the site and estimate of how long it's going to take. As a result they delivered a great job with reasonable and transparent price. I would happily use their service again in future. Apart from being responsive and quality of work, what I most like about Jason Brown Plumbing was the level of communication, Kirstie was keeping me informed about the progress and what is going to happen next. I called Jason Brown Plumbing and Gas to fix a leak in my kitchen. The plumber arrived the following day. The work was done quickly and well. The plumber was friendly and thorough and explained to me what he was doing. The work space was left clean - which I always appreciate. They even followed up with a call to see everything was ok. I was very impressed. I would recommend them.

As always, I have just received an excellent service from Jason Brown Plumbing. I was impressed by the friendly and prompt response by Stephanie in the office which resulted in a safe and efficient service provided by Brendon - despite COVID-19! I would definitely recommend them!

We recently underwent a major renovation with our house where we rearranged the internal layout of our home and added a large extension. Jason is excellent at his job, a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and experienced. He was very accommodating with how he planned our job which allowed for our family to live on site during the entire build – nothing at any stage was a problem and dealing with Jason made our whole renovation easier. I highly recommend Jason and his team to anyone looking for the complete plumbing package.

We had a gas heater issue during the Covid 19 lockdown. The office staff were very helpful in providing advice and information about how we could get it dealt with and what precautions were needed. The plumber arrived on time, rang me from outside before and after the job, and worked quickly despite the constraints of PPE and shutting off the doors etc. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if required.

Really exceptional service provided. With so many plumbers in Lower Hutt to choose from, I was getting a little apprehensive about who might provide the best plumbing service and at the best price. Great service only a small job changing a mixer tap but difficult to access in a small cupboard with a waste disposal in front no problems at all definitely would recommend Jason Brown Plumbing.
