K.L.B. White Ltd were polite and professional from the minute I phoned them until the bill was paid. Although our job was small, they took care to fit us in to a busy schedule. The workman kept us informed on his updated arrival time during the day. The bill was reasonable and was sent by email with an online payment option. The problem was fixed quickly. I am impressed by the company and their customer focused attitude.

A.We got a quote to replace 5 cisterns in our office toilets. The quote received from a different plumber came in at a higher cost and the work could not be completed until end of the year due to stock. But LB White managed to do this within a week of the quote and us accepting it. The people I dealt with were professional and friendly. Thanks for a prompt and great service.
