AMAZING SERVICE!! The hot water cylinder in our rental decided to start leaking during level 4 lockdown (of course) and within a day of contact they had assessed the situation, got the parts and replaced the cylinder. Couldn't thank them enough as last thing we wanted was our tenants to be without hot water. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Saved us today! We needed our gas connected asap as my partner jumped the gun and ripped out the hw cylinder. Called P&P on a Friday morning, they were here a couple of hours later and all done, thank you!!!

Identified the problem with my pump quickly. Fixed and reinstalled in very good time. Exceptional service as they attended promptly and kept me informed of progress.
