N.Fast response yet again. I've used their services a few times now and find them very professional and easy to deal with and like that they take the time to explain what they are doing along the way. Top marks for response time and communication and in regards to the last job I am appreciative of the commitment and perseverance in terrible conditions to get the job done and us reconnected quickly. Also appreciate they went the extra mile to clean up the mess caused by the major repairs including our nearby outdoor furniture.
H.Our hot water cylinder died right on Easter weekend. Quentin Stewart was the only person to answer their phone. He took time away from his family on a long weekend to come out and fix it for us. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend this awesome family owned local business.
