G.We found a leak in our ceramic cistern of a Villeroy & Bosh toilet just before Christmas. As these parts were no longer available, Brendon helped find a suitable replacement toilet. This required measuring and installing a suitable replacement unit, and re-positioning the input tap. This was done promptly and efficiently.

A.I had Essential Plumbing, Brandon, come in to both check the existing plumbing and install a lot of new plumbing - both inside and out. The cottage is a 'do-up', so nothing was straightforward, however Brandon saw what needed to be done and approached the job with veracity and a fully professional mindset. Brandon can assess a job and tackle it without any hesitancy - obviously knows the plumbing game. Not only did he get our cottage up and running perfectly, he made time to come to our home to repair a leak.
Brandon has excellent communication skills. He shows up, gets the job done, and moves on. Completely professional. I will definitely use him again.
