FlowFix are not only great at their job (they tracked down & quickly repaired the source of our leak) but are great communicators. We had an almost instant response to our initial request for service. They confirmed appointment times and contacted us when delayed a short time due to an emergency job. Easy to deal with and a very professional approach to their business. We were very impressed & have already recommended them to a neighbour.

Flowfix plumbing managed the renovations of two bathrooms for us. Dave quickly understood our vision for the project and brought in the best builder and tiler. Dave and Colette project managed it all so there were no headaches for us. Everything went smoothly and we are ecstatic with the result. We’d highly recommend them. They were professional and affordable.

FlowFix came out really quickly on a Friday afternoon to an increasing leak in the kitchen. The plumber was friendly and professional and fixed everything pretty quickly. He also looked a bit further than the original leak to make sure the other items were still in working order and thus found some more cracks and avoiding further damage. Highly recommended!

We had a blocked kitchen sink and FlowFix came to the rescue the very next day! Communication was excellent from our booking and upto the workmanship of the fix! We arranged for Flowfix to install a new shower, and washtub. They were prompt with giving a quote which was reasonable and worked around our timetable. Before the job could be finished, we experienced a major water pipe leak under the concrete driveway. They came promptly and replaced the faulty pipe work from the road to the house. Very efficient. They then continued with the installation of the internal plumbing. The staff were efficient, friendly and professional. A pleasure to work with.

Toilet was old, loud and inefficient with poor water usage so was replaced with more modern, quiet, dual flush loo. Nathan did a great job including clean up. Will use FlowFix again. Customer service is excellent.

The team at Flowfix are professional, efficient, friendly and provide high quality service every time. We have used their services on several occasions to install a new water pump, fix and replace guttering and install new indoor plumbing for a kitchenette. I wouldn't use anyone else. Family and community minded, they made what can often be a stressful time, extremely seamless. Top notch.

Dave had previously replaced two toilet suites, and we were very pleased with the result. So when a small leak developed under our sink, we called again. Collette arranged for Nathan to investigate and remedy. We now have a new waste disposal unit, and are once more very pleased with the speedy, friendly, professional service. Major leak in bathroom .Were at my property within a couple of hours .Leak in wall of bathroom Plumber attempted to fix issue by going in through my Office wall into bathroom .Tryed really hard to not destroy the bathroom walls In the end had to cut into white wet wall lining He cut the hole and fixed the leak in the wall .Was impressed how he has fixed the small hole in bathroom .You have to know what's happened to know it's there. Flowfix have worked on a couple of projects...the re plumbing of a renovated kitchen and a shower head replacement. In both instances they have been professional. Communication was fantastic and the Team always arrived on time and were easy to talk to and answer and explain any questions we had. Would recommend

Dave is our go-to plumber, and has been for many years. We used his services in our old house, and continue in the new. He has installed our showers, our toilets, fixed our taps, and most recently, he helped us identify a massive sewer drain blockage. Not content with just finding out that the drain was blocked, he spent the remainder of the time we'd paid for trying to unblock the drain. He went out of his way to try to help, and when we realized that was just not going to work, he recommended drain specialists, who resolved the issue for us effectively and promptly. His services are excellent, provide good value, and leave us feeling we have a plumber we can trust. We cannot more highly recommend this business.

Flowfix were recommended to me by another plumber who couldn’t do the job and I’m glad he did. Right from the first contact, Colette was great on the phone and Dave was on time and very efficient, the leak was under my garage floor but Dave did his own concrete cutting so there was no mucking around. Flowfix Plumbing installed a water filter, fixed a leaking tap and put in a new outdoor tap for us. He also changed a tank filter and showed me how to do that next time. We were very happy with the work done and didn't have very long to wait either. The team is very easy and pleasant to deal with.

We have used Dave at Flowfix for all our plumbing on our renovation project so far including HWC replacement, water main replacement, laundry tub installation and pipe replacement. He has always been very responsive and communicated well turning up as agreed and completing the job as quoted.

I got Flowfix to install an Insinkerator Multi Tap for me - they did a great job, were tidy, turned up when they said they would and followed up to ensure I wasn't left with any leaks. Very happy with the service.

One of the best aspects about my dealings with Flow Fix, was that I felt informed about what was going on at all times, from when the plumber was on his way, to what he was doing to fix my temperamental leaky toilet. I felt the plumber was focussed on resolving our issue and that he knew what he was doing, and was very thorough.

Very professional and on time, only disappointment is toilet is still not flushing correctly. The contractor did ask us if we thought it was working, and we did think it was. But we are going through the manufacturer to see if they can help us correct the 1/2 flush.

Had a pipe break on our water tank overnight (during the level 4 lockdown),so had no water. I phoned Flowfix and spoke to Colette who was really helpful and they came out to me within the hour to repair the pipe. Dave was great and manged to get the pipe repaired very quickly using van stock. Happy to recommend to all and will definitely use them again.

Dave came and found a serious leak just outside the house. It was in a tricky situation as the pipe was just under some foundation. Dave rerouted by cutting the pipe and connecting with a length of new pipe and attaching inside the house. Job was well done and no problems since. Service was great.

I asked Flowfix to check out an issue with the hot water in the shower where my in-laws live. Shaun and Dave turned up on the same day and phoned me to discuss the problem, which they duly fixed. My mother-in-law rang me to say they were the best tradesmen she'd ever dealt with....polite, empathetic, quick and they took the time to explain to her and my father-in-law exactly what the problem was. We needed the services of a plumbing business to assist with a blocked toilet. As it was a Saturday and almost every advert on Google showed 24/7 services I was surprised to get a answer time after time that “we are not available to take your call, please call during office hours”. I found the number for Flowfix Pumbing and thought I would try one last number. Collette answered the phone within a few rings. Wow, what friendly, professional service. She took all my details and said although Dave is out on sites she would revert back with a time that Dave could see us. Dave arrived on time, explained the problem and the cost and got us sorted out quickly and efficiently. I am on tank water. My down pipe was a nightmare after having a diverter installed which was too low down. The water gushed out when it rained and ran continually when it didn't. The garden was sodden. I was concerned that there might have been a blockage between the house and the outlet. I contacted Dave who set my mind at rest immediately and assured me that it was "A piece of cake" to repair. He was back with the required parts the first fine day , replaced a length of down pipe and shifted the diverter much higher up, all in about 15 minutes. I was sooo relieved. His account was very fair. I would recommend him to anyone requiring a reliable plumber. You can find his advertisement in our local papers.

We’ve had a problem with a leak somewhere for a while which was activating a new pump we had installed. We thought this was going to be a massive, expensive job to fix. Dave arrived, found the leak and fixed it! So happy we got someone in who knows what they are doing and a nice guy to boot! Why go anywhere else...we won’t!
