L.Less than a week into lockdown with a toddler, on a Sunday night my hot water cylinder blew! Pratt’s not only answered the phone (unlike some competitors) they had guys out the following day and had the old one removed and new one installed within a couple of hours. They were so professional considering we were in lockdown (wore masks, gloves, kept more than 2m etc). I absolutely recommend them!
E.Awesome service after our hot water cylinder started leaking. Came out the same day for leak investigation and we had a new hot water system installed the next day! Great to deal with and very professional!
