Bought a Weber Baby Q from them last weekend at the Hamilton Caravan & Leisure Show. It was an easy decision to travel up from Paraparaumu to purchase more accessories. Same GR8 service, and they also managed to add a Caravan gas fitting to a hose I bought. Thanks Guys, you Rock!!

A great team of people worked on my bathroom fittings: new shower and new toilet. Hayden and his team kept me informed of what was happening and when. Totally professional. I would use them again with no hesitation. When I first met Hayden he asked all the right questions of what I required. Very happy

Thanks to Heatrite for our Awesome bathroom,my family and friend love it. Hayden was awesome in knowing what we wanted and worked around with us and helped us out heaps. All I can say is Wow for excellent customer service and advice, wanted to purchase a woodfire for an unusual shaped room, Dean gave me advice listened to what we wanted could see our issue and helped us to choose the right fire, we where under no pressure from Dean at all to buy from his company, had the fire installed yesterday and I am so happy with the result, Reuban and Conner installed the fire and I was very impressed with the quality of their work, they didn't stop once for a break, Thank You Lads

Had them in to put a new fire place for me. The guys who came were great. Very friendly and professional and did a great job of the install. Very happy with my new fire. Highly recommended
