P.Ryan's 'Top Notch Plumbing and Gas Limited' was exceptional.
He was 50% less than one Quote and 66% less than another, to install an additional outside Water Tap for the Hose.
Ryan managed to used about 1200mm of pipe and get the Tap where we needed it, while the other companies said we would have to source our water from an existing outside water tap 20 metres away, running an externally mounted copper pipe along the outside of the house - at ground level, and ducking under the back door and a bedroom ranch-slider, and ending up about 6 metres from where we wanted the tap.
Ryan listened to what we wanted, saw the most efficient (and cheapest) way to achieve it and did the job - including re-planting a few dis-lodged plants and sweeping up, in about 2 hours.
I guess you could say he was and is Top Notch.

After having 4 plumbers before Ryan and then Ryan worked out with 2 heaters the same he would put the good part out of other heater into one that wasn’t working and if it worked he would know it needed that part.it then worked so he found the part in stock and came back 3 days later so we are now delighted with both heaters working.
