He also provided practical and current advice, when I was considering switching from a water cylinder to gas hot water, which Sam expertly installed. He also recommended fittings and products to be used in each situation. Sam was professional, courteous, and respectful (and patient) with explaining processes and products, and meeting my needs as a customer. Sam was punctual, and successfully problem solved when there were decisions to be made. He took pride in his work and the finished product, making for a very happy customer!!
