Sam was an absolute legend to work with. It was our first bathroom reno done by ourselves. Sam went above and beyond helping us to get the job done to a very high standard in a timely manner, his workmanship and communication is amazing. I would definitely recommended Sam to everyone.

Sam completed all my plumbing renovations on my 1980s built house, transforming the kitchen, bathroom and laundry into an updated 2020s home. He also provided practical and current advice, when I was considering switching from a water cylinder to gas hot water, which Sam expertly installed. He also recommended fittings and products to be used in each situation. Sam was professional, courteous, and respectful (and patient) with explaining processes and products, and meeting my needs as a customer. Sam was punctual, and successfully problem solved when there were decisions to be made. He took pride in his work and the finished product, making for a very happy customer!!
