We had, as always, a brilliant experience with Peter Jackson Plumbing. We had such a quick response and the plumbers were extremely friendly and professional. They went over and above to resolve the problem, which they did. I highly recommend Peter Jackson Plumbing and his incredible team starting right from the initial call (awesome reception!!!) to the finish.

We had a leak that started dripping pretty badly and Peter Jackson Plumbing came so quickly to look at it. The plumber was really great and accommodating and explained everything really clearly. The staff that were emailing were so helpful and prompt - amazing service. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have Grey water system whose pump failed and we lost use of our toilets on a Saturday. Peter Jackson has someone on site within 3 hours and with possible replacement pump. All was fixed within half an hour. The excellent plumber was focused and efficient and systemic in solving the problem. We could not have been happier, nor more relieved!

We recently had a leak in our shower, which in turn, had to be replaced. Peter Jackson Plumbing organized the whole deal - the plumber, builder and installer and over the five days to completion we were given daily updates and schedules of times. Exceptional and speedy service. Our main drain was blocked causing water to back up into all the drains in the house. Called Peter Jackson plumbing around lunch time and a plumber came around a couple of hours later. Unblocked the drain promptly and gave us some tips.

Had an emergency call out for a gas hot water problem, the team arrived in under 45 minutes. problem was diagnosed and a temporarily fixed on the spot. soon after a quote was supplied and agreed upon and work carried out promptly. they also highlighted a compliance issue with the system which the original installer missed. Again this was promptly resolved. Have used a few plumbing companies on the coast, and Peter Jackson plumbing has by far been the most professional, organised and reliable I have used. cannot fault their customer service, prompt emails and someone friendly always answered the phone. would highly recommend to others.

Gas cylinder connection to hob in the kitchen moved outside and the regulator changed. Service was excellent and gas fitter was very helpful with the resighting the gas bottle outside of the building to meet legal regulations. Friendly efficient service.

I doubted after hours would really be after hours and I assumed I would have a hefty bill. I was wrong both times. I rang early, details recorded and I was asked what time I wanted to go to work. The tradesman was there fifteen minutes later, the problem identified, solution discussed and implemented. I left for work on time and secure the problem was solved. The bill is very reasonable. This was the easiest job I have had had to organise for a very long time. Perhaps Spark could take some lessons!
