This company is OUTSTANDING. They are professional efficient and know what they are doing. They regained my faith in plumbers. Most gas plumbers can’t come for weeks and are out to exploit you.New Vision come quickly and promptly. Excellent follow up. Reasonable prices. I can’t recommend them more highly. I only accidentally found them and what a find.

I have used the services of NVE multiple times over the last couple of years and have found the quality of their work to be of a consistently good standard. I choose this company initially as they were the only one available to provide urgent plumber services when I needed it. In the most recent job they did a great repair to damaged drain pipes however there are a couple of areas where they can improve on. 1. The quotes for the job were incorrectly done did not align to what I had asked for from the site visit, and required rewrite following prompting from me. 2. An issued invoice for additional work on the job showed additional costs that were not previously agreed to when the work was verbally agreed to. The invoice was later rewritten for the correct amount. Notwithstanding these points, I would happily use the services of NVE in future.

New Vision was very responsive to the small job of investigating lack of water pressure. Other plumbers were too busy, but new vision responded straight away. Located and fixed problem with ease, quickly and very professional. Would highly recommend for big or small jobs. Will definitely approach again if needed.

I needed a new gas hob fitted urgently as the electronic controls on the old one had failed. NVE "fitted me in" their schedule and arrived exactly when they said they would, worked steadily and overcame an unexpected problem, installed and tested the new hob and signed the installation certificate. Left the bench clean and tidy. Treated me with unfailing courtesy. The formal gas and electricity safety certificates from NVE arrived 2 days later.

Great service from the whole team at New Vision Enterprises! We have used them since 2019. Our initial job was an insurance claim. We looked for registered Master Plumbers, good reviews, local and available. NVE ticked the boxes! What impressed was the timely response and great communication. NVE are now our preferred provider for plumbing, gasfitting and bathroom renovation. Over the years we have given them several jobs. These are for our family home and a rental property. One of the jobs was a project to convert a bathroom into a disability wet room shower enclosure. NVE delivered every job and the project on-time and on budget. All site people we meet are respectful and professional in their work. Irene manages the office end of things with a smile (that’s a gift). Big thanks to Jeff for project managing the bathroom. Our old (residential side) mains tap broke while closed, so gave NVE a call who arranged for Jeff to pop out the same afternoon which was amazing.
