The hot water cylinder in my flat decided to disgrace itself on Saturday and not give me any hot water. What a time to happen - Auckland Anniversary weekend! I contacted the Property Manager and she emailed them about the problem, first thing on Tuesday. I had to wait until Thursday before they could come. They were flat out! A very helpful and professional young man arrived, diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat. Job done in 20-30 minutes. He took the time to also explain to me how the thermostat and safety cut out worked. So a big thumbs up from me. 👍👍👍
