Had an issue with toilet not flushing on a Saturday, late afternnon. (and I had visitors staying). Contacted Clyne & Bennie and a very helpful plumber (Christopher) kept in touch with me to advise he would be able to help. Toilet was repaired and useable again within a couple of hours of ringing. Thank you. Christopher was very professional and helpful. Definitely Clyne and Bennie will be my go to plumber. Excellent service.

Some of the burners on our gas hob stopped working and I phoned 3 companies who offered long term service calls before phoning Clyne & Bennie. The receptionist apolgised for not being able to send a serviceman on the day I phone, but promised a service call at 10am the following day. The service guy phoned to confirm the call out and arrived at our ploace right on time. He soon diagnosed and fixed the problem, also suggested ssome improvements to our gas management system. This company is professional and know their business, the service guy was polite and knowledgeable, and also cleaned up all the mess. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Our Gas delivery people discovered a leak. This was the first week in January and we thought, oh no getting someone out to investigate and repair will be difficult.Clyne and Bennie were here within a couple of hours. Excellent tradesman outlined the problem ,explained what needed to be done and got on with the job. All round 10/10 effort.

2 days before Christmas, we had water pouring out the side of our house. Within the hour of calling Clyne & Bennie, they had someone there, and in about another hour he had located the leak and repaired it. I highly recommend Clyne & Bennie, especially in an emergency situation.

Clyne and Bennie responded same day and attended to what had become a major leak very quickly. The tradesman who effected the repair was very professional and pleasant to do business with. The hot water cylinder needed draining to effect the repair and this was carried out without any mess whatsoever. Given the nature of the job it was carried out quickly and without any fuss or mess left over. We would thoroughly recommend Clyne and Bennie to carry out plumbing work in a very professional manner. Hot water cylinder decided to leak during level 4 lockdown so this was an emergency. We where very pleased with the quick response of the service man (Kelvin). He quickly assess the problem and set about fixing our cylinder. He had all the parts he needed in his truck. It took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. He tidied up & removed all the old parts when he was finished. Overall excellent service.

They were punctual ..this was a weekend callout they did a good job....you usually can tell what sort of a job a tradesman will do by how tidy their van is.

Certainly use this company again. Needed a job done asap - rang 2 other local plumbers and left message. Still havent heard back from either. Rang Clyne and Bennie and their very efficient receptionist, Nic, got things sorted. Hamish was at the house in a couple hours, job completed. Mentioned I'd get him back to put in new dishwasher - next day prep been done for that. Great service. Wouldn't look anywhere else for a local plumber.

This company is on the ball. They turn up when they say they will. Communication is great via the phone (slow to respond to emails though so phoning is better). The workmanship is excellent. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable team. Sorted out our pump just before Christmas. Great service, great communication. Will definitely use them for all plumbing and electrical work.

When you get a leak what you need most is prompt attention. Clyne and Bennie were just that. The young feller who did the job was very communicative, keeping us in the loop as to what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.
