BOP has been great to deal with.They have customized and simple solutions as per clients need. Though this time we did not have a big job for them they handled it professionally and friendly at the same time.One thing I specifically would say is that they do not force or try to lean customers towards expensive choices. Amazing service! Cane to our rescue when we had a severe sewerage leakage outside the house. My partner had just come out of hospital with cancer and they were so caring and quick to sort out the problem promptly.to alleviate stress. Response to an urgent leak in hot water cylinder met with support and help despite being late on a Friday of the holiday! So grateful for the kindness and appreciation shown and the ability to repair so quickly! Best service on the phone and on then ground we have had for a long time!!

Justin came and fixed my leak. He identified the problem quickly and explained how he would fix it. He was quick and tidy in his work and overall I received outstanding service. The guy working with him was also great but i didnt get his name.

Bay of plenty plumbing advised us on a filtration system that was compatible with what we wanted! Aaron gave a prompt quote that was awesome and one of his team installed the under sink system in next to no time. Highly recommended, great service! From initial phone contact in the morning, to the plumbers onsite that same afternoon. Replaced my old leaky bathroom taps all done within the hour...friendly and efficient!

Fantastic company, highly reccomend. They came and advised me on plumbing and gas jobs I was thinking about, didn't charge me for that even though i didn't immediately go ahead with any of it. When i did get them in to install a difficult water cylinder they were great, friendly, on time, and the quality of work was excellent. Will definitely use for all our future work

I wasn't expecting the to come on the same day that, I rang through the job that needed to be done. He was a fast and efficient worker, very polite and respectful well carrying out the job. I have use Laser plumbing in Wanganui region before and had a good experience and now that I have used them here in the Bay of Plenty Rotorua. It's clear to me that Laser plumbing clearky pride themselves into providing a good service and the people that work fir them truly no what there doing.

I was convinced that a water pressure problem occurred after re-piping work had been done earlier. The men checked everything, not able to find anything wrong with pipes, checked everything again and found in the end it was a separate issue, the toilet, causing the problem all along. They were thorough and professional and polite throughout and I was very grateful for this.

The team fitted a continuous gas hot water system and the entire process was easy we were well informed of the entire process from the start. The guys doing the installation were very friendly and we’re able to answer an questions I had without delay really knew there trade and there was no mucking around the installation was a lot quicker than I expected. A great result and on budget thanks.
