We used laser plumbing and laser electrical for a complicated job involving our solar hot water heater (don’t ever buy one). The job was not straightforward at all and it required multiple visits, but laser always listened to us patiently and never gave up. They did a really high quality job by the time it was all done and I’m extremely grateful to have everything working again. I’m really impressed by their professionalism and commitment and I would recommend using both laser plumbing and electrical. I think they have a lot of integrity.

As always, Laser Plumbing went above and beyond. When you are running a business and disater strikes there is nothing like a knight in shining white tradie van, riding in to the rescue. Cade turned up super fast to get everything back ontrack for us, taking away the stress of what could have been far worse. The lovely lady at the end of the phone when I called for assistance was so friendly and helpful, so nice to have that warm frendly touch. Best plumbers in town.

Their opening hours begin at 7:30 AM, and each time I have had a plumbing issue, there has been a concerted effort to get someone on site to fix it. This time, there was further work needed during Level 4 lockdown and someone still got there the same day. The plumber took a huge number of photos that will be useful with our insurance claim. Moana in the office is always super helpful!

I was a bit apprehensive at first. The booking system seemed a bit "formal" and not very personal. I was doing a kitchen remodel that required a gas fitter and plumber on separate dates before and after cabinet install, so it was a bit complicated and needed to match up with other trades key dates. However, once the system started delivering, I was more than impressed! Key dates were met every time, on the dot with no chase ups. Shaun and Garry excelled in their trade and were fun to work with. Laser took the stress out of the project for me and their billing was accurate and very well detailed including the notes from the staff working on the job and overall cost was reasonable. My impression was that Laser Plumbing is a well oiled machine, very organised and structured in their service delivery and easy to deal with. I will most certainly be using them as my long term plumber from now on and would highly recommend them to others.
