Great customer service. After ringing 5 emergency plumbers - Laser were the only ones able to help us out. They were at our house to do the job within 15 minutes of calling them. We are happy with the work done and would recommend them to anyone.

We've called these guys out a few times; they're always super responsive, and the work is always excellent. They've been really easy to deal with and I don't go anywhere else when I need a plumber.

Great communication: received a call from the plumber to say approx. when he would arrive, was notified by the office straight away with a new booking date due to covid with a follow-up confirmation email. Very efficient, friendly and professional service.

The response to our issue was faster than expected on a Friday. Your tech, Simon Webber, supported by Clyde Andrews, resolved the problem quickly and completely. Then Clyde followed up by phone on Monday to ensure all was working as it should be. This was greatly appreciated and timely. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

Clyde and his team on site Chris and Jacob did excellent work in helping us to install a self cleaning oven at Z Palm Beach. I would give them 10/10 for thier communication, working well together resulting in a really tidy job on site. Cheers Guys

Every other company I called was too busy - but Laser Plumbing was able to attend to our issue within approx 3 hours. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and the tradesman who came out was fantastic. Very good service all round

After feeling disenchanted with my usual plumber that I'd used for over 10 years ( but under new management) I decided to give Laser Plumbing a try. Right from the get-go it was a great experience. The phone receptionist was polite, efficient and seemed very switched on. And great communication by everyone from the receptionist to the plumber who attended. I even received a text message half an hour before they arrived.

Petra is an absolute star. Very well organised and if she says she's going to do something, she does it! Also excellent workmanship from the plumbers.

We have been using Clyde and his team for over 20 years. They have helped us with both renovation work and general plumbing maintenance. We appreciate their ability to provide design solutions (where required) and complete the work to a high standard. They will show up on time, even after hours or if the rain is pouring down.
