Have used plumbing works a couple times and have never been disappointed. The last job was an exterior hose tap leaking, the guys turned up on time and were gone in no time. Would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a reliable friendly service.

Our project included a total toilet block refurbishment and installation of a new waste water system which had strict budget constraints. Work was completed in a timely manner with great problem solving from the crew foreman Tino. The crew on our job had a great work ethic and Management stuck to the budget.

Initial contact with Yvette who was helpful and cheerful. Within 3 hours Tino and Carlos turned up to unblock my drain and were top notch in ability and attitude. Would definitely use Plumbing Works again highly recommended them 👍

There was a problem in that the first new pump they installed in conjunction with the new gas boiler was faulty. They came and checked out why we were not getting good hot water flow, replaced with pump and so fixed the problem. They were professional and responsive and we would use them again.

Fantastic service friendly and knowledgeable offered different options an made it simple the tradesman were friendly an helpful explaining to me along the installation will definitely use them again. Keep up the awesome service.

This is the second time I've used Plumbing Works. I used them 5 years ago and they were good, but this time they were great. They were helpful with suggestions and gave me a budget. The men arrived on time and were very polite and tidied up when they finished. I had no surprises when I got the bill it was on budget and was happy to pay it.

I’ve used Plumbing Works twice since I moved to Tauranga. I have found them to be prompt, professional and most helpful. On both occasions, their charges have been fair and roughly what I expected. I hope I won’t be using them again for a while, but if a a plumbing issue arises, I’ll definitely call them. Terry

Called them last minute to fix our leaking spouting and they were at the doorstep within 2 hours. Very professional and great quality service

The Plumbing Works boys in their red shirts have been replacing my roof in this late summer heat - not one complaint, excellent communication and a tidy site at the end of the day. On time and on budget - very happy.

They came very quickly did a great job and kept me informed along the way. The only thing I struggled with was, that I thought the price was too high.

These guys are great. Installed a new hot water cylinder at my place, very friendly tradesman and very capable to do the job.
