Job: Leaky mixer tap in kitchen and hot tap in bathroom that sometimes turned on all by itself. Right from the first phone call through to the actual work itself the level of service was friendly, informative and professional. It was also really refreshing to deal with a team with common sense that understood what we were asking to be looked at even though I didn't have the right technical words to explain. Great communication and execution of the work. Efficient and ready for any eventuality - yes they had replacement taps on hand in case which for us saved a lot of time and messing around trying to purchase them somewhere else or having to wait for another appointment while they get the parts needed. Smart work flow. Smart team. One of the best trade related businesses I have had the pleasure of dealing with in over 20 years!
