We have just finished the complete renovation of 8 units (2 x level) in Timaru. As out of town investors, we needed to have a local team that we could trust and who understood our end goal. Callum and his team were able to exceed our expectations on every level. Callum was always very responsive, and demonstrated many times that he was solution focussed. He also understands investing and the importance of achieving the best ROI and rental yield, without over capitalising. Callum and the team at Nexus showed integrity and diligence throughout the whole process and we would have no issues recommending them to others. I engaged Nexus to replace skylights throughout my property in Christchurch, the day after I accepted the quote Nexus had one of their crews on site. Thankfully It was suggested a new roof be replaced during the renovation I am extremely happy I decided to go ahead with the roof as well.
