I needed my hot water cylinder replaced. Sent an email via their website, prompt response by Karen. Gavin and his team were great to deal with. The customer service was excellent and I was very happy with the price. They did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend them. Will not go anywhere else for any plumbing issues.

Glenn and Gavin are incredible and go above and beyond. Exceptional at rural water system's and will keep investigating until they figure it out. Highly recommend, especially for all rural home owners.

With the remote camera system and hydrojet, Gavin did a first-class job and got our drain blockage cleared quickly. He knows what he's doing and he's got the tools, so I have no hesitation in recommending him. 👍👍👍

I have made use of Gavin and Karen's business to replace a burst cylinder and then later repair a leak for me. The best and most professional service I have seen. These guys were recommended to us to do the hot water cylinder relocation and plumbing associated with the replacement of our free standing wet back fire. They did an awesome job; the work was completed to a high standard within budget and they were very accommodating, working in with the company installing the new fire over a number of different occasions so we weren’t left without hot water. Exceptional first class service received from Gavin & Karen Pearce, owners of Moonshine Hydrojet & Plumbing Ltd. These guys are amazing genuine people who own a competitively priced well run quality business. From the start to the finish of our job they delivered on time every time. We employed Moonshine Hydrojet & Plumbing to investigate & sort out all of the drainage repairs & alterations required to allow us to subdivide our property. This subdivision was between an existing residential property and an existing commercial business. Therefore, Moonshine Hydrojet & Plumbing were faced with many different complex council requirements to work through, on top of this they had to schedule their working times around the sensitive nature of the commercial business while at the same time keeping to deadlines. This was not an easy job but they performed it seamlessly. We Highly recommend Moonshine Hydrojet & Plumbing not just for the big jobs but we also recommend them for any small or general plumbing jobs, we now continue to employ them for any of our plumbing jobs.
