Tim was fantastic, responded to an S.O.S on the same day in between jobs, half an hour quick install and leak repair. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Will be using Tim for all plumbing related jobs and would strongly recommend him to anybody seeking the services of a plumber.

I contacted 4 different plumbers to quote for replacing our pipes from the road to our house - we were getting a strong metallic taste in our water and the pipes were original so we knew it was time to replace them. Tim not only provided the best quote but the most efficient solution too which didn't tear up our whole garden. He turned up on time, worked quickly and delivered an outstanding result, he even took the time to fix a leaky outdoor tap and fix our toilet seat which had wiggles loose. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and I recommend him to all our friends. He also left a little North Shore Plumbing toy truck for my son, which he loves, what a great guy! Fantastic communication, service, and follow-up! Tim was really responsive, managed to talk a supplier into selling him a part (we needed) rather than the entire unit and fixed a broken seat as an added bonus. Super happy with the work done. Came out and fixed up our hot water cylinder after purchasing a property where the hot water cylinder hadn’t been installed properly.
