Aqua Works Filters & Pumps have excelled in their service again for us. They’ve always been superb in servicing us as clients. Mainly with our domestic water pumps and filters . Comms is always first class, right from the initial contact with Raewyn through to progress on ordering parts and fitting in an urgent or routine installation. This time we had a curly one. I needed a new water pump and filter for our RV Campervan and fairly promptly. I was quite surprised when Steve Reynolds the owner stepped in said he could sort. Ordering and installing within a few working days. Shane did the installing in a no fuss friendly,smooth operation. In the driving rain. Great to experience a local business like Aqua Works. Firstly Steve's original site visit was terrific where he offered suggestions. Then his quote was very reasonable. Michael did a fantastic job in fixing a really complicated problem with an underground leak. He talked me through everything they'd done and came up with some great suggestions for solutions. The whole thing was fixed within a week and came in under the quoted price. We're really happy with the outcome and will be recommending Aqua Works to anyone who asks for a great pump specialist / plumber.

Steve installed our pump & UV light some 6 years ago now and Karl comes to do the servicing. In summer, the pump stopped working. Steve responded sharply and came out v quickly. Whew. It was due to the drought and the ground shrinking - cracked a valve. It was great to have someone knowledgeable and experienced in these matters attending. Both are always on time or else communicative when running late. They go about their job professionally, leave things tidy and always do a good job. We are happy with their service and will keep using them. We can highly recommend them.

I really appreciated that follow up so I contacted him for a quote to replace our ageing pump. He replied with advice and a quote and the pump has just been installed by Mike. Steve came out and quoted on installing a UV system and tank filter, which I accepted and was promptly installed. Everything went as expected and site was left clean and tidy afterwards. Excellent service and a very quick response. Steve came to see me on the Wednesday and his installer, Shane, came on Friday to install the system. We are on tank water and previously we just had a water filter on our drinking water. Now the whole house has clean drinking water from any tap.
