V.I contacted Burt Plumbing with a few issues. Andrew came around and was very professional and efficient discussing options available and covering off all items that needed work. A space became available within days and one of his workers came and completed all jobs in a very timely manner. I was very impressed at finished repairs and installations and would definitely recommend.
D.Excellent prompt professional service. I booked a toilet reinstall around flooring been laid. Burt Plumbing arrived at agreed time and worked later to reinstall. They were very happy to liaise with flooring contractors on my behalf around timing. I have employed this business before snd every care is taken to leave your home tidy and clean around the area of work. Extremely professional, well trained expert plumbers.

t.All of a sudden we found ourselves without hot water, the manufacturer and supplier of the old tank failed to book a call out after we called three times.
So I called Andrew from Burt plumbing, he was onsite within the hour, fixed and managed a complex issue. As a busy young family this was exactly the service we need, I will always use Burt plumbing from now on.

V.It seems that every time something goes wrong at our home it is either in the weekend on a public holiday or in lockdown! It makes no difference to Andrew and his team. He has mended or replaced everything from hot water cylinders to leaking pipes to gas fires- always prompt always cheerful and helpful , works efficiently - highly skilled and professional. I can’t wait for them to renovate my bathroom. Andrew has his own team of builders, painters, tilers and electrician and manages the whole job, so no stress for me. N.We used Burt Plumbing to install an outdoor hot water cylinder and Andrew did an amazing job. He was professional and friendly and did everything to a high standard, set concrete and a slab to sit it on, moved outdoor tap that was in the way and looked at a few other things too. The installation itself is super tidy. Also uninstalled and removed the old indoor cylinder too. Can't recommend Andrew enough!!

I had my hot water cylinder removed, and replaced with gas for my hot water system and for my gas hob which is in the process of being installed along with a new kitchen, they will also be doing the plumbing for the kitchen. I called them on a Thursday, they were there the following Monday 8am . Andrew and Alex are top guys. Will definitely be using them again
