S.Efficient at the beggining. He identified the issue, drained down the cylinder and contacted an electrician did not take more than 45 minutes. He told me there would not be any plumbing charge because there was nothing he could do. Instead the company charged another hour for draining down and refill the cylinder, which I also helped with, and checking that there were no issues (which could have been done by the electrician) seems a bit too much. We were charged 2 hours plumbing, use of the company transport, and electrician. Formal complain done.
