R.Craig performed a thorough investigation and replacement of my leaking/corroded hot water cylinder and reccomendations of how to fix it, improvements that could be made when installing a new one, and checking for water damage in the surrounding floor. He replaced it in a timely manner and even contacted an electrician on my behalf to wire it up at short notice, saving me hassle finding one. Great service with little improvement to be made. Thanks!
