Craig came and looked at the job which was to replace a hot water cylinder and dismantle an old solar heating system. Craig showed that he really understands his business and is willing to go the extra yards, giving us options on the new system and giving his honest advice. When I contacted him to say it looked like our old system was leaking heavily and about to blow, he got us to the head of the queue.The end result was great. Gladly recommend Craig to anyone.

As we operate a motel and the need for a plumber is required at the drop of a hat, Craig has never disappointed us. Craig has even gone beyond the call of duty one night at about 1130ish when we had a major problem with our gas water heater which wasn't working. Craig didn't even complain that it was late and was more than happy to help sort the problem out for us and was on-site within about 20 minutes. We cannot speak highly enough of Plumbed Out and would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his company to any other potential client(s).

We just had Craig and his guys replace all the Dux Quest piping in our place and install a hot water booster pump. Really pleased with the results. Craig found a cost effective way to do the pipe replacement, and was proactive in finding a solution for our low hot water pressure. He suggested a booster pump rather than replacing the whole cylinder, and it works a treat! It was a few days' work and the site was left tidy each day. Thanks again!
