Steven had great communication, arrived the next day when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue with our water pressure. He got straight on the job locating and replacing a faulty valve and left the area tidy afterwards. His invoice clearly detailed the work and itemised charges. We now have the best water pressure we’ve ever had! Very very happy with the work and will definitely call this company the next time I need a plumber.

Steven did a few jobs for me already and will definitely use Steve again no questions ask. He is professional, on time, hassle free and the price is always fair. The job he did at my rental property was beyond my expectations. I met him once at the property to show him what work I needed and from there he handled all the communication with my tenants. When the job was complete he sent me photos of the before work and the after work completion, just so I can check the work without going to the property.

Steve is professional and friendly. I contacted him and the next day he came on time and replaced two rail showers in our bathrooms. He did an excellent job, he explained what is he doing and why and he was tidy and clean. I am recommending him with my warmest regards.

My shower head arm failed and as Steven’s business was close by I phoned Steven to enquire if he was available to sort out my problem. This was at 8.00 am and by the end of the day my problem was sorted and with the new shower head I enjoyed an even better shower than before. I can not speak more positively about his guidance to choose the best repair options, his workmanship and his great attitude. Certainly Steven will be my next ‘go too’ guy for any plumbing issues in the future.

We got Steven to replace four toilets in our house. I’m extremely happy with his workmanship and professionalism in every way. He turned up on time on a day we agreed. He concentrated on the job right from start all the way while paying attention to detail. I found Steven very friendly and easy to deal with. Just moved to the area, we looked at the reviews for plumbing services and consequently chose Steven. He was reliably on time on both visits that were required. He was thorough, very knowledgeable and professional. I had several plumbing needs including water heating and needing a new water filter which he bought and installed. There was a fairly complex gas job which he managed very thoroughly to the point of being able to issue gas certification. Will definitely use Steven again!
