B.Neat, clean and all the comforts of home. Always an absolute pleasure to stay here. The food at the pub across the parking lot is always good. 100% recommend.
A.Very comfortable, quiet and clean, big rooms with decent sized amenities. Separate toilet and shower area. Great selection of tea/coffee plus green or blue top milk in fridge to choose from. Plunger coffee, heatbpump.

L.Great rooms really well set up and warm with the heat pumps, close to pubs and restaurants, nice manager too. Not too noisy either we are staying again due to our first experience!

B.Stayed 2 nights late july. Very impressed with the whole complex. Not the first time staying here and wont be the last. Cleaners actually clean and it shows. Office staff very professional and rooms large and well kept. Top pick in Ashburton.
s.This is probably the biggest motel I have ever stayed in. Looks fairly new. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Very comfortable. Right beside a nice bar and restaurant. Plenty of parking.
B.Stayed overnight on a work trip and found the place to a great place to stay. As I drive a truck for work, having space for some trucks on-site very handy (3 spots for truck & trailers plus plenty more space on-road).
There is an on-site restaurant & bar (didn't have time to use these). Also a liqueur shop at the front of the property.
Room was large and well laid out. Huge shower & bathroom area, plenty of room to spread out.
Be aware that if you arrive slightly late, you need to go to the bar to get your room key (owned by same people).
