I've been going to Manurewa pools and gym for three years consecutively. Their team is so polite and welcoming to all. I always feel at home in the gym and have made some nice connections with staff as well as visitors. The facilities are very cleanly and well kept.

Great place to go friendly staff and well organised. Signed my grandson up for swimming lessons again, with a bit of luck won't get canceled due to the pandemic. During the lock down the swim tutor kept in touch with updates and possible start dates. If you are looking for swimming lessons ask to speak with Karl he will help you liked he helped me.

Can get busy at times, so we go in the early mornings. Lifeguards are friendly, staff at reception are always friendly. Great place for a swim, wish they had outdoor pools it would help alot especially with the summer crowd and school holidays.

Kids under the age of 16 get free swim. So are 60+ folks. There are several sections of the pool, for age 5-, pool with height 1 to 1.35m, pool with 2m swim, sauna, adults only spa and learning area for kids.

Manurewa Pool can get quite busy when there is a swim competition there and the public swimming side is often busy. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is cleaner now than it has been in the past.

I like it but it gets to stuffy and I can barely breath I would give it a 10⭐ rating if it had a outside pool to swim and have bombing comps like the old school rewa pools but till then it's a 3 ⭐ cheers

Staff both at desk and poolside are friendly and helpful. Sauna and spa works well and gated off. Price is reasonable.

Great place for families with little ones! However, the cafe there has quite expensive prices considering their quality of food which unfortunately isn't very good. I recommend taking a packed lunch! Park and reserve outside of the leisure centre aswell so good for sports or out door play.

Choice gym. And choice pool. Really wish I was allowed in with all my children . I get turned away every time I try take myself and 4 kids in. Mangere and papatoetoe never do . I'm always allowed in there. But still really choice place to take the baby while big kids are at kura

I like going there to keep myself fit by doing aqua walking, the staff are very friendly. The water temp is good, the water very clean and they have showers etc. The general public are friendly as well it caters for all age groups. A very good community service!!

Its ok, great for little babies but it would be cool to have a pool thats deep enough to jump into and play around not for actual swimming just to literally play around in and jump into safely. it was the first time i have ever had to pay separately for the Spa facilities as normally that comes with general admission, but i soon learnt that NOT in Auckland.

Exceptionally clean for a south auckland facility. They have a good system of encouraging people with kids to go to the family rooms rather than the main changing rooms meaning they stay cleaner and quieter. Spa to very small and often overcrowded by people who are extremely obese and have not showered as the sign asks. Also no way to switch off some jets like other places offer.

I'm a gym member at these pools,I love the gym and the way it is set up,the sauna nice and doesn't take long too get a sweat going and the spa is a heavenly bliss to sink my aching body into wow just beautiful. Although a certain young female customer service representative who works the front counter in the morning at time needs to be more pleasant. When a member of the community say good morning with a smile return incline with a smile. Be proud of your job or move on and get a job where you don't have to smile and be nice.

The people at the front desk are so very polite to me each time I come into the pools, I truly apeate the politeness and respect they show me, each time I came there and when I left They always said good buy to me so yes i feel like a truly valued customer. And up stears in the gym the staff are so very respectful. Polite and so very help full in all areas. And they keep the place looking awsomely tidy, there is always a friendly encouraging atmisfer and this is a reflection apon the manager of the gym a who runs the place so pofessanly and he also has such a warm caring out going personality. Who is always ready to help how ever he can and I seriously would recommend joining that gym to any one as they are all so very awsome the people that work there.

Not enough lifeguards in my opinion, especially as they have to walk with people to unlock the family changing room. Half the pool was unattended for long bursts. But the facilities themselves are nice. Especially the under 5 area :)

This review is primarily for the swim school based at Manurewa Pools . I give them five stars . Especially Annelise who co ordinates the swim school - she is a star ! There are a few new female teachers too and I hope they stay as they seem very passionate about teaching the kids . My children really love their swim lessons with Kayla . The staff at the pools reception are friendly enough and the onsite Splashes cafe is great and very well priced . Also heaps of car parking available for these pools .

Cool little leisure area consisting of a large pool and a few more smaller ones. Can get hectic with heaps of little kids running around but as long as you don't mind that then its all good. Make the most of each visit as there is now a small entrance fee.

Pretty good gym upstairs with nice view of pools and outside. Equipment great, staff real nice. Pool and spa downstairs is also nice and relaxing, and its great to watch waterpolo games while on the treadmill sometimes.

Staff are lovely, but on some days pool is really dirty. It needs to be cleaned more often. I've seen some particles floating in the water on two occasions and stopped going after that.

Family Orientated The best place to enjoy your time with family i like to explore different places throughout manurewa and out the front of Mountford park on thursdays they have a hangi day which give you time to have a swim and make your way there 4/5 stars for me ... Only because i think people should be able to wear singlets at the pools
