Great facilities, has spa and saunas( for male and female) outdoor pools ( not able to use was I was there) cool back ground music.

Free entrance and nice and safe environment. Plenty of lifeguards standing by. Even has a separate spa and sauna section. Love this leisure facility! Now in the increased operation hours (photo attached).

Definitely a 5 star it was my frist time at otara gym and I wanted to thank the staff who were there yesterday morning I wanted to thanks again the staffs who definitely care about our community this is what the Auckland City council needs, thanks Too Vince and the other staff I'm terrible with names my apologies but well done teams keep up the awesome job 👍👍👍👊👊👊 😁😁😊

It was quieter than I expected for a weekend, And it was for Free! Awesome that! Although there was no slide for the little kids, my granddaughter still loved it. Grateful for the facilities. The change rooms and toilets were nice and clean, as too was the pool and hot spa pool. We enjoyed our visit and will be sure to visit again.

It is Polynesian cultured for all ages underage kids must have supervision it is more of a recreational enviroment it pays to know the rules though other pools may have different ways of doing things hehe

It was alright. The Gym is a bit small but not too busy. Good range of weights. If your only trying to get healthy and not ripped and bulk up then it's a good gym. The sauna is a but small but the temperature is good. Very good pool facilities and friendly staff.

Kids love it. Must supervise closely as others do not necessarily. Toddlers pool increases in depth but 3yr olds can still get into trouble at the deep end. Helpful friendly staff will take care of any issues with cleaning the facilities when visitors don't.

The pool is fantastic and has indoor and outdoor pools. Life guard is always available when the pools are open. There is nice platform to seat on the outer side. Swimming lessons are offered as well. Good place for family and to relax :)

Basic pools with big indoor/outdoor, toddler pools, spa/sauna. Super clean facilities. Best thing about this place is it never gets really busy so easy to come and have a good swim with plenty of room. Great staff also.

I barely go here but when I do it's always packed with people. Heaps of fun, laughter, play and vibes spread. Staff members seem pretty distant as always, but help and supervise where they can and when they are needed.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, I walked in with crutches so one of the ladies offered me a individual chair so I didn't have to walk to the far end empty seats. But I declined as I had a herd with me so we needed more than just A chair. Lol. I like the fact that theres more options at the pools now and the design of it is so creative. Hats off to whoever brought life back to Otara Pools and Leisure Center. :)

Great local pools and sauna/gym facility. Decent infant and kids sized sections as well. Much better than other pool facilties in the surrounding suburbs and always clean. No overpowering chlorine smell either.

2 free shower cubicles closed just by the office things always change but I quite like the old place I think Norman Kirk funded it and people have confidence in this swimming pool in complex the locals that is so you may class it as a success

With current traffic light system, it's clean, everyone must wipe the equipment they use to keep next user sanitized, very good regimens because everyone 0ull the responsibilty weight equally. Music are good depending who's on duty. SKY sport limited to Crickets and Rugby replayed games. Nothing had changed much in that department. Overall it's what it is.
