Omg was so impressed with this gin rooftop bar. Not a large space, tiny and cosy. Certainly it's a very trendy environment. Service on the night was on par. Our waitress was so helpful in helping us decide what to order. She was well informed on what was on the menu, very friendly. It's a must to try this place at least once.

Very nice vibe. Great drinks, cheap and yummy. Outdoor deck for smoking and vaping. Wonderful view and great interior design. Service: 5/5 Drink Quality: 5/5 Drink Quantity: 4/5 Presentation: 5/5 Environment: 5/5 Price per person: $10-$20

VISIT: end of February 2020 We just lucked out in our timing here, before lockdown and soon after they opened. The drinks are instagram worthy, along with the bartender's attire and the drinks were also delicious! I LOVED the entire layout of this place and definitely think it's worth a stop. HOWEVER, the place is pretty small with outdoor seating limited to maybe 6-8 tables. But, if you do score a seat on the balcony the views are phenomenal! Because of the size, we did end up standing awkwardly by the bar for a bit waiting for a spot, so if crowds aren't your thing, maybe pass or try to get there early - we went around 4pm and it was still pretty crowded. It is a great concept with spectacular views, so I hope they can reopen soon!

Awesome rooftop bar and restaurant in the heart of downtown Auckland. The Ora King Salmon Tartare and the hand picked 55-day aged Beef Eye Fillet Tataki, their two best sellers, are outstanding. Excellent local oysters too. The Charcuterie Board has a wide range of meats and sauces. Packed with a hip urban crowd. Make sure you arrive early to score a table with an incredible view. Enjoy one of several outside tables if it's not too windy. There are also heaters for when it gets chilly. Daniel is very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely going back again.

Interior is well designed, staff is helpful and understanding making the experience delightful! Drinks were absolutely delicious, and we’re well explained (just went with recommended drinks from the waiters after hearing about our preferences and worked like a charm every time) Views were quite nice! Can’t wait to come back here.

Great place and great selection of gins. Service was really good with waitress giving recommendations. Good view out into the cbd. Comfy seatings. Tried the gin cured pork scratchings which was excellent.

Beatiful place to visit for a panoramic view of Auckland city and a tailor made gin mixer, with options to suit any palate. Definitely lives up to their tag line of 'Gin with a view'.

Really fun bar with great drinks and tappas but the service was lacking.

The highest rooftop bar in NZ. It is a high class Gin bar with 140 different varieties from all over the world. Obviously you can get wine and beer as well. The tapas style snacks were delicious as well and gorgeous views. I highly recommend a visit if you are in town.

Great selection of gin, amazing views of Auckland, service outstandin! Music was a little loud, so conversation was difficult, but the overall was amazing

Another welcoming place for a good night out with your close mates. A great collection of gins with options of other alcohol. Did I mention their good looking bartenders and waitresses?

This place is amazing for just any justification for wanting fun, feel luxurious, and have a love of gin. The bar itself is beautiful but very limited seating so get there early for good seats, and when you do get a good seat you're in for an amazing view of Auckland city. The fun is where the custom gin menu is and the staff are just super friendly to help if you dont know what to choose. The gin combinations are all very delicately combined and super pretty. I've already made this my regular place to chill...

Great gin and tonic selection, views and tasty food. Menus were quite dark/hard to read, and there's a bit of a queue to get up the elevator! Generally a great spot.

Nice view. Professional and excellent customer service. The bartenders take the extra effort to make the drinks just the way you like it. The drinks are on the higher side, so if you are a gin fanatic, this is the place to go. But if you don't really enjoy gin the way others do, then don't bother coming here as it's hard to find a seat in busy times and it does take a while to get served.

Vibey and loud. Maybe it was the time of the day that we arrived but if you are looking for a quiet night out, maybe not. Otherwise a lovely place!

Great venue - gorgeous decor and views over the city. Service was exceptional - both behind the bar and from the waitress who served our table with excellent knowledge of the gins and how they are best served. Fast service, especially given how busy the bar was, and the food was great too. Would definitely recommend based on our experience.

Great atmosphere, very cool venue and a great gin selection

Lovely bar, everything is well presented but it was a shame that the drinks only have one shot of gin. For a gin bar unfortunately any flavours are drowned out by the large volume of tonic.

Impressed with the Churchill on a Saturday night. Short wait in line, where we met a fun couple who joined us for evening, good start. Table by the window, super city views, dj set just right, our waitress was on form and we had great service. The gins are huge, gorgeous and delicious. Our sliders were yum and our friends had a lot of plates which they loved. Highly recommended, we loved it. Puzzled by poor reviews I just read here, but hey, you can't please everyone. One more thing, the bar wasn't full, so the line/wait thing seems irrelevant. Keen to know from venue why it's there...

Beautiful fitout abd awesome views - just let down by the rudeness of bartenders like others have said - will give it another go though!

Fantastic views and fantastic choices, backed by an experienced team with an amazing attitude! I'd be brave if I was trying any new flavours though, the chilli burnt me in more ways than one!

Ok so let’s start by saying that this bar is a really nice place to drink. The bar staff are pleasant and the selection of Gin (if that’s your thing) is really good. However, the music that plays there is some of the worst in any establishment in Auckland. The worst flavour of electro swing dominates over any positive experience you may have there. If you are in charge of the music there and a reading this, please give up the ghost. The nonsense you play there takes your bar from being a 5 star to being a tepid 2.5 at best. Jazz or house please.
