M.Beautiful place, totally a pub like feel. Dim lights and great themed ambiance. This place has amazing games for the entertainment. A good place to sit with mates and have drinks. The lady who served us was very helpful!

T.The Wunderbar is an excellent venue for up and coming artists of virtually any nature. What they have done for the NZ Music scene is nothing short of incredible. They have encouraged many local artists to "take that first step". The Wunderbar has a great bunch of local punters that are filled with extreme stories, and we as a band have certainly got our own set of hilariously good times in there. This Bar is a MUST PLAY for musicians. IF you do choose to go in there, try a "Dark and Stormy", one of our favourites.

J.Great staff, very unique bar with plenty of objects to keep you entertained no matter where you look. The bar has a lovely view over Lyttleton harbor and the function lounge is awesome!

B.I've lived in Lyttelton for only 9 months but it don't take long to discover the great bar and food scene here..every nite out always involves the Wunderbar..cool management and staff..great local talent playing in the back bar..generally friendly patrons.
W.Has to be the coolest bar I have ever entered. The staff are awesome and always available incase you need a drink or have a question to ask. The lighting and artwork inside is great and the view out on the deck is spectacular! Thanks Gregg! And the rest of the team for keeping the vibe alive!

I got the fish pan fried, the fish and chips were tasty, veges in the salad were fresh and tasty, bit too much dressing tho and not as good as it could be probably but hey overall it was digging dope.

A.Wunderbar is a Lyttelton institution and has survived so much it's very eclectic but also very homely the faded decor add to the charm. Great venue for gigs and open mic night on Tuesdays is always good. Highly recommended
R.Great atmosphere and funky interior. Bar staff very friendly and they even helped jump start our flat car battery! Not obvious to find in Littleton but well worth searching for it!

M.This place definitely has its kitsch value!! The view is out over Lyttelton port and across to Diamond Harbour. The deco does need to be seen rather than described. Being a beer fan, I'd like a better selection with some craft beers.
A.Fabulous place. Awesome environment and music. Board games to play and heaps to looks at. Owners are lovely. Definitely a must visit for a drink.

B.14/04/2016 - I wanted to come here and I finally got the chance to do it. It is located on the top floor, above Supervalue supermarket.
It is a funky bar (with lots of neon lights!) located in Lyttelton, overlooking the port. There's an outdoor smoking area with excellent outdoor view. Inside, there's a pool table and table football for the customers to enjoy + occasional live band (semi professional) playing there.
There is a huge selection of beers and hard liquors but limited wine selection (which doesn't worry me as I'm a beer person 😜).
Would I go back? Definitely 😁👍👍
P.Certainly recommend this bar, Greg behind the bar is great the new sound system sounds mint...we played pool and enjoyed the music, an outside deck overlooks the inner port and harbor
M.Cool, different and great wee venue to listen to talented local musicians.
A.Good vibe but sometimes the backround music is far to loud on off peak hours when all you want is a place to ponder enjoy a drink without the ears getting blasted.
P.A step back in time, incredible weird and wonderful memorabilia in this unusual bar. Plus table soccer and pool table. Well worth a visit to this iconic Lyttleton venue.
