B.Great pizza, perfect spot a nice meal after finishing the Lake Dunstan Cycle Trail. Lots of outdoor tables for sunny days, but the inside dining area is also really well done, will have to come back on a rainy day. On the same street as several bike hire/vehicle transfer outfits. (We had the smoked salmon pizza yum yum 😋)
P.Enjoyed a selection of beautiful dishes to share with some great recommendations and attentive and friendly service from our waitress Mackenzie. Finished off with a superb chocolate mousse and pavlova with berries & lemon meringue icecream. Definitely will be coming back ! Thank you for an enjoyable meal out !

S.Oh my the tastiness is beyond word. The Asian Squid Salad is fresh and crunchy. The ribeye steak perfectly handled with an amazing flavour. The Spanish paella is a delight with very fresh fish fillets and prawns and mussels. One of our favourite restaurants in NZ. Quickly served by very friendly staff. Can’t ask for more. Five star. Definitely.

Both were cooked to perfection.
Well seasoned and fresh ingredients. Simple but tasty. We would definitely come back.
If we were pressed to find a downside it would be the dullness of the knives but the meat was so tender we managed to eat them despite that.
C.What a gem of a find this restaurant is!! There’s just a handful of places to eat and things to do in Clyde (which is the great thing about it, I think!), and Paulina’s is the name everyone comes up with them you ask for a recommendation. And rightly so! We had the rib eye and the lamb shank and I can safely say it was fantastic! Lives up to its location in wine country. Great staff (from Uruguay and Argentina) who are always there to help or chat! A definite recommendation!!

J.I have to give them a 3 for service. I waited 30minutes for my drink. My husband got his beer as soon as he paid for our food and drinks.We had to go and remind them that we did not get the Pisco sour.The food was really good but the service sucks. Perhaps an extra waitress could have made a difference in the service they provided.

M.We had dinner here the night before we started the rail trail. The serice here for getting drinks was a little slow but otherwise very good. The wait staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the pork belly for dinner which was amazing it was so perfectly tender with a delicious crackle on top. The sauce was very good and would have liked a little more! My partner had the paella and really enjoyed it. I tasted it and it was delicious. Tried the pineapple coder while here and really rated it. Not too sweet.

S.What a fantastic dinner experience. I am not one for long reviews but Paulina's was above and beyond the food and the wonderful service inspired the below. If you enjoy food. This is for you.
The restaurant was very quite on arrival (17:30pm )as we arrived for an early dinner with a 4 year old. To be greeted to a warm and welcoming environment. A Peruvian styled menu that has a kids menu available. The food was phenomenal. We decided to try the Crispy Squid and the Tempura Prawn starters. Both were excellent, the squid had a wonderful spice to it that left the palate dancing and wishing for more while the prawns melted in your mouth with a batter that was light as a cloud. Wow. By this stage the restaurant had filled up and it was bookings only. So definitely book if your don't want to be disappointed as they even had top turn folks away as all tables were full. The mains arrived and we had ordered the wood roasted Lamb Rump and the Pork Belly with Roast potatoes. Both of these were flavour explosions. The Lamb was probably the more complex dish of the two combining a wonderful smoky flavour with a beautiful fresh selection of vegetables and goats cheese all combining together to create an explosive flavour combination. The Pork on the other hand was a beautiful rich dish with melt in your mouth pork and and apple slaw that helped cut through the richness. Each beautiful piece of pork belly had a perfect piece of crackling on top and then to top it off some beautiful and crispy baked potatoes. Divine. The food up to this point was impeccable and wonderful, so much so that we even decided to try the desserts. We ordered the Peruvian Flan and the dark chocolate mousse with dulche deleche cheesecake. Both were smashing and a perfect end to a wonderful dinner experience. In summary Paulina's is a fantastic choice for dinner with wonderful service and friendly staff wrapped up in a menu that will leave you asking for or more. Fantastic.

We were greeted at the door and were lucky enough to get a table without booking....I strongly recommend you do....30 minutes later and there was nothing available..The service was great with attentive hosts and the food....the food....I dont know how they made the sauce on my beef but it was awesome...Well done team. M.A culinary gem in Clyde's dining offering. The venue is comfortable and contemporary. The menu reflects the modern take on the South American/Spanish influenced cuisine without being niche in its focus. Balanced, delicious and great value. The staff were great and the service was exemplary. The wine and beer list was good with a regional focus appropriate to Central Otago. Hats off to the Kitchen. Food was out at a well paced rate, hot and scrummy. A good venue for couples and families.
N.Shared the half chicken with my daughter - delicious risotto, great salad, outstanding, juicy chicken. A good wine selection too, and classy, friendly service. Price was very fair.
L.This is, in my humble opinion, one of the best casual brasserie / restaurants around, not just in Central Otago, but the whole country. A big claim perhaps, but we lived in Wellington for many years and ate out a lot. A menu that's Mediterranean / South American influenced (Paulina is herself Chilean), with the best fresh, local produce, this casual dining spot is a real treat! Bookings essential.
C.Awesome food, I do not normally order paella, but honestly the one I ordered tonight was better than Spain. Suspect it was the local blue cod and green lip mussels. Yum

Clyde is underrated its a great wee town to visit with so much history every where you look.
And this place is so relaxing an enjoyable an the food is great .. well worth the visit an the food presentation an atmosphere is in front of you to enjoy

I think it's a matter of drinking what we give you, not what we want.
