R.This place is all about the staff. The bar man was so sociable, knowledgeable that it was a real joy visiting. No snobbiness just good cocktails made with care. Good cocktail menu as well, ordered some off menu and happy made. Place is tidy and inviting, but go here for the staff and cocktails, lovely spending time here, well done!

M.I always have a good time at Carousel! Super nice place and occasionally has live music. Great range of atmospheres depending on the room/area you go to. Its not to packed at all even when the line outside is big. They ensure a nice environment before heaps of customers inside. I love that!
C.Carousel has a nice ambience, from the interior to the patio area which have heaters as well, which makes it comfortable in the cool summers and the chilly winters. The cocktails are absolutely fabulous, my personal new found favourite would be Jacob's ladder (for those who find feijoa palatable). The bartenders are amazing as well, always friendly and great and offering assistance when you can't decide what to drink (happens a lot to me). I just love the place.

Cocktails are well made by the lovely staff and on par with what you would pay at any other bar (Yes cocktails carry a premium price).

Small upstairs bar that specialises in cocktail, no loud music so young can actually have a conversation while having a drink. Cocktails are tad on the expensive sidearm take a while to make but we'll worth the wait.
The infinity mirrors in the bathroom are an added bonus
S.Fancy and classy inside area, outside booths were spacious. Large drink selection, good Spotify playlist so music wasn't too overpowering. Bathrooms are pretty flash. Feels like a pretty upscale place.
j.The hospitality an the family-friendly way in which they look after their patrons an their staff is wonderful to see. People should feel safe when they enjoy their beverages an the music an Carousel provide this. Their music reflects the need of the community that frequent this place.
S.My friends and I were out celebrating our companions 40th bithday.
There was a group of young men who were very rude to the birthday girl. Making derogatory comments and snide remarks. When I complained to the Bar manager she handled the situation in a calm professional no nonsense manner that had the boys out of the club. I felt supported, safe and impressed.
J.Beautiful, quite bar to relax in. But incredible experiensive. 2 drinks here cost more than our dinner. If you have money its lovely, if you dont have money its still lovely but a little dry.
