Authentic Irish pub and i ordered Irish stew which was gluten free. Friendly wait staff. We loved the decor.

A lovely dining experience twas had...I tried my first Guinness, and I enjoyed it very much... nice taste and very easy to drink. We shared entrees of calamari, and stuffed mushrooms... very generous portions. I had corn, pumpkin and bacon fritter stack which was huge, and very filling. We also had the Surf n Turf, another massive meal, steak (which we couldn't finish), mussels, prawns, and chips. Unfortunately no room for dessert. We waddled out, bellies full and content. Very happy chappies, cheers 😁

Awesome meals, have tried many of the mains now and no complaints at all everything has consistently been amazing! Such great value for money, but we havent had a chance to try any entrees or desserts yet. Lunches here are great too!! Great place to take the family, kids dine free on a Sunday which is an awesome deal!

Ordered dinner in the upstairs restaurant which was amazingly quiet for a Friday night. I had fish and chips which was ok. The fish was a bit too well fried.

The food and drinks are great. Be warned, when ordering a meal, they are large and very filling. My last visit was for their Monday night quiz night and the quiz master was good and keep the evening entertaining. The only thing that could be improved is more screens around the bar for use during the quiz.

A tried and true place that knows what it is. I.e. standard Irish themed pub that has sport (UFC this time) playing, basic beer selection on tap, classic food like roasts and sticky date pudding (I had the chicken salad and mate had roast, both good), and pub quizzes.

Went to the Big last night with my daughter. 5 stars for the food, ambience,price and service. If you want a hearty meal a cold beer go to the bog

Fun place, great service, very nice bartenders. As someone who's a fan of cocktails it's probably not the best place to get the kind of alcohol I enjoy, but it's a good place and I highly recommend it. The fries are good too.

Great pub that hosts quiz night on Mondays and open mic on Tuesdays. Great wedges and fries, but as a Canadian I would recommend not trying the poutine. It's just wrong.

This place is so Irish, that I am pretty sure its a requirement that you have an accent or Guinness flows through your veins to work here! Nah, but awesome atmosphere, great food and friendly staff. Upstairs dining is a treat, outdoor smoking area and pokies for the wild at heart. This place definitely knows how to throw a party though. A cheeky d floor is known to erupt on occasions. Quiz nights ect there is always something going on here! #loveyourlocal

Great music on Friday Night and went until 3am! However, I returned on Saturday Night (21st April 2018) and the pub was closed 10pm. What kind of pub closes so early on a Saturday night??? No music. Very disappointed with Saturday night. Wasted a good night for me.

I had the Doorstop Melt, but as I am not keen on salad they gave me vegetables in place, my wife had the daily special of Orange Roughy. We were both suitable full after our meals, for me a welcome pint of Kilkenny helped too ! The staff were friendly.
