D.We popped in for dinner on a cold Tuesday night.
We shared a chicken burger and a loaded fries w/cheese & bacon bits.
The chicken burger was quite good. The patty seemed to be pan fried but quite edible.
Unfortunately the loaded fries were a bit of a disappointment. It seemed to be spray cheese coupled with almost bacon floss. Wouldn't recommend at all.
The only saving grace was that the burger cane with a drink from the tap of which I chose a very nice raspberry pear cider.
The bar staff did impress but if u come here, order something other than the loaded fries.
C.Was our first time here. The staff is really helpful and friendly and the decor and feeling of the place is awesome. We had food from Eat Burger which was also amazing. I loved how patient the staff was with multiple split orders from the Taphouse and Eatburger. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good food, good beers with good friends and great service.

A.I've been here twice. The food is OK. But it has got a nice outdoor seating.
D.Ok, it's called "s"moors" or something like that. Apparently it's an American dish. So, you gotta try this if your a sweet tooth. It's dynamite! I ordered it again but takeaway this time. I mist confess, I couldn't finish it for the 2nd time. However, I will take a third attempt in the near future.
It's made of roasted marshmallows and maybe nuttella or some other rich chocolate. It's served with these biscuits (cookies).
I dare you to try it!
Highly recommend the Waikato burger and the milkshake too!
A.Very nice place for dinner, the American platter is very well portioned and enough to share for 4 people. I would definitely recommend the $10 mussel pots when they are avalible but one small thing is the meat given with the corn chips was very unappealing and needs to be presented better. It looked dry and awful but in reality the taste was actually pretty good.
R.Visited here 2 weeks ago and I really enjoyed it. Travelling through I found this bar and its staff to be amazingly attentive. Drinks were reasonable and its location is great also.

H.We are holidaying in Hamilton and really glad we chose this spot for dinner. The burgers were amazing - we had a Big Chief, a Dirty and a kids cheeseburger and they were all great. There was a wait (busy Saturday night) but staff let us know before we ordered.
Really nice beer too. The APA was delicious. The kids enjoyed picking songs and the booths were comfy. Great value too which was the icing on the cake.
E.Delicious locally brewed beer and you can order burgers from eat burger which is next door. Delicious! And you can play your own music if you want

h.We have been here quiet a lot, this is a great place to go out to especially on a Saturday evening to night but unfortunately the stuff on Sat nights can be lacking with customer service, their is always one stuff member that stands out who gives exceptional customer service, believe she could be the duty manager on Sat nights, she takes our drink order and meal order within a good time after we have arrived we see her telling her co workers to greet or take the orders at tables that are waiting every time were here. Representing good George it would be great if the staff knew anything about the brews they have, I asked about the brews because I do know good George brews and I'm eager to know about something new they had on tap they had no clue which wasn't very impressive. I believe with better hospitality and knowledge of the good George brews from a few of the regular stuff here would make an experience one of a kind for sure especially on Saturday nights.. Love eat burger staff they are nice and the food is so good with vegeterian option and great that we can order from the tap house an have our meal at the tap house.

B.Good selection of beers including craft, mostly from Good George. Good food and friendly service. EatBurger next door (maybe the best burgers in NZ) will deliver dine in meals to tables at the Taphouse so you can enjoy a delicious beer with your burger. Highly recommend.
K.My friends and I are now regulars to the quiz night that happens here every Thursday night. Anyone can join for just a gold coin donation and it's such a great time, we love it! such a great idea! The tap house itself is nice too with a good vibe and the food is good we always get bowls of fries they are amazing!

D.Food was great. Really enjoy the Pilsner they have on tap. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. What's nice is you order from the burger place next door and they will.bring it through to the bar, so plenty of options for people to choose from.
P.Nice place to whilst away a afternoon in the sun. Great bar selection and some good in house craft beers. Food selection is great, if you don't like spicy get the hot sauce for the BBQ Chicken wings on the side. I loved it but it packs a punch.
J.Tried the new menu tonight. Some very interesting flavour mixtures that work very well together. Venison with Choc sauce, dessert with peppercorn shortbread. Fairly busy as you would expect on a Friday night but service was fast and friendly. Loved the DJ out front so early in the evening.
Lost a star in the ratings as I think you need to work on your coffees, I am not a drinker so appreciate a good coffee. Our server explained that you only do a basic coffee and mine was Luke warm. Keen to return to explore that menu further.
M.Great selection of home tap brews, chose that tasting paddle with 5 tap beers of my preference, so I wisely divided between weak and strong ones. Food came quickly and deliciously prepared. Environment is wonderful, clean and well decorated. Worth coming again.
J.Don’t be misled by the opening times as they will just close when they feel like it (e.g. 10pm on a Thursday night...). The beer is decent but nothing amazing - you can get more interesting beers elsewhere in Hamilton.

M.Went there for a company function. Decent environment, decent and interesting beers, lovely waitstaff, prices were a bit stiff but in line with the area I suppose. Go gamble afterwards at Sky City collocated in the same building.
