All ages people can take advantage of this swimming pool and enjoy swimming 🏊‍♂️ in any depth they wish to swim. I went there with my children ages 6, 11 and my wife this morning and enjoyed to the fullest! I recommend everyone to join in with your family and friends whenever you have time. Friday is a good day if you do not like many people around you! A tube will be good for your kids, so make sure you take a tube if your children are beginner. Thanks

It has a large and low depth pool for children. They would enjoy plenty of space. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Excellent staff and service. I love its buffet and fresh orange juice vending machine. It beats most Auckland pools I have been to. Recommend to replace the spa with a jacuzzi and water jet. Having different facilities make it with to try.

Choice of indoor and outdoor (in summer) pools and nice big garden and children play area. Plenty of lifeguards around pools and even upstairs near slides. I really like the way they put anti-slip foam mats around the pool and walkway. Reasonable clear pricing with add-ons (slides or hydrotherapy). The only critism is that outdoor pool could be a little dirty with algae on the floor or fallen leaves.

Staff were really good took the grandchildren loved it made lunch before we left. Had a great day got home and realized my bag was missing with wallet cash and all my bank cards etc. Rushed back and some one had handed it in. Whoever you are I sincerely thank you would recommend this place to everyone.

Went for a birthday lunch and enjoyed the facilities. Hydrotherapy pool was good. The two general pools were a bit full, but not unbearable. Tobowater was the main thing, lots of fun. Good area for kids at all ages. Worth coming.

Great for some awesome family fun. You have a choice of 6 pools. From toddler size to a deep diving pool, and of course the fun water slides for all ages. Life guards are friendly and very helpful. My granddaughter would have spent 9 hours here if she could! Thanks to all the amazing staff for keeping it safe for us. Keep up the awesomeness.

Big awesome facilities. Hydro slides and the have hour passes or all day passes which is cool. Bombing area as well if you can pass the swim test. Kids pool and splash pad. We had our family of 8 cost $80 for all day and hydro slides. Has different lane pools as well as outdoor pool with seating area and slide even. Super cool loved going there

Took the Mokos there for the first it was nice and under fives are free we had to wait for the kiddi pool to open at 11am thou so we got a coffee n ice block they have a cafe not bad we could go out side and play on a sand play ground need couple more under five bar toys and the little swings would have been nice so they could have gotten on and off themselves came in and went for our swim wasn't to hot to sit in and watch them they loved it so asked koro to go buy some togs they have a little shopi there and he went in the med pool was awsum when the Mokos got in they could touch the ground they loved it was not long enuf of course so we are going back when we go over there again

The only downside is if you have a disability there is no support equipment for the pool to use to excercise. There is a private company that leases & dominates the Hydrotherapy pool making it impossible to use at convenient outside work hours. Its 2021. Freedom of choice should be "customer is kings" choice! Please make contractors use equipment at other than busy periods and please provide equipment for the disabled so we don't have to buy our own!

Nice place to swim. Life guards are always on watch and making sure kids are supervised by an adult which is very good 👍 Changing rooms were clean. It would be handy to have parent rooms incase a dad needs to dress his daughters or a mum needing to change her boys etc; The outdoor water park is awsome, the water isn't too cold which is great!! The sand/park gives a really nice beach feel and it just needs a tap area to wash sand and food off before jumping back in the pool. Great place on a hot day👌 🤗🥽🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🥗🥖⛱

Awesome facility. Quite a bit of parking. 2 competition pools, plus Dive Pool. Separate swim school pool. Big changing rooms and toilets. Lots of spectator seating. Warm indoors. Not sure about pool temp. Has Hydroslides too.

Lovely place, nice staff. I went there with a friend so I didn't feel lost. Big place. You need to know your way around. Nicely maintained. Also there's a cafe inside so after a swim, you can have a bite and coffee with your friends. I like the location of the cafe. There's a pool outside as well which is quite big. Great place for kids too. Inside there are is pool for very young kids. It's a big enough place to offer variety of different levels of water. So you can pick where you want to swim.

Waterworld Hamilton was great. Heaps of people on a beautiful day, everyone looked out for the kids who were having a ball. Good place. The biggest waterworld in Hamilton. Very safe facility and I recommend it. Only issue that I've been complaining about is the inside pool is very very cold. Sometimes I get "well let the upper management know" like they will come and turn the heat on and other "it's the normal temperature" which is laughably not. Everyone I ask about the inner pool says it's cold. The pool in the hydro something room is amazing. Heat is good.

Parking is a bit of hassle, but the facilities and customer service offered are super. Prices were $7.50 for swim. $8.50 for the sauna/ steam rooms (Nov 2018). Lockers work with $2 coin or a contactless card - great if you don't have change. There were a few crazy, wild kids running around the changing rooms, but other than that, which is not worth any worry to myself it's great.

Absolutely love the revamp! Haven't been to Waterworld for quite some time. Enjoyed the slightly deeper pool. Great to see the smiling faces come down the Hydroslides. The team working there are very helpful & made it a very pleasant experience.

We went there several times with my kids. There are different kinds of pools. Some swimming pool for adults and some for little kids. In summer you can play outside door pool as well. It's also a great place for birthday party

Update: Received an awesome reply from Gargi the Customer Experience Manager for Hamilton pools. Really happy with the handling of the below and was reinsured that staff involved were spoken to. Because of this great complaint handling, have taken up my stars from 1 to 4. Took my boy in for a swim today. The young naive girl with a cauliflower brain with no sense of communication or common sense at front reception gladly charged for my son, as I am a member,and gladly decided not to indicate or enquire whether there were free lanes for the general public in there 1 pool which was being used for private lessons. The equally brain dead lifeguard observed us go into the changing room without any mention of maybe inquiring whether or not we were going to go for a swim as members of the public. As we came out to the pool area, the lifeguard gladly watched us set ourselves up, not once coming over to us to enquire whether we were there for lessons or for public access. He has then observed us entering the pool at which stage he has made an issue to hop on the radio and he has then made enquiries with one of the swimming instructors at this point it has become a little bit embarrassing. sensing something was up I have asked the lifeguard since he didn't want to talk to us. At which point he has now informed us that all lanes were being used for lessons. Confused why we weren't informed about this at the front reception before we entered the complex. so being embarrassed, myself and my boy, we hopped out in front of everyone and had to leave the complex upon leaving, I enquired with the Cauliflower brain girl why she failed to mention that there may not be any free lanes available for the general public at which point she informed us that sometimes there is. I recommended to the naive young girl that next time she make an enquiry with the lifeguard as to ascertain if there are free lanes for the general public before you take their money, get them to get changed and then get them to hop in the pool and then embarrass them. If your going to employ young naive brain dead kids at least train them or supervise them.

Great sauna to head up and relax after some swimming. Quite high level of swimmers where around when I was there. Always up for a chat and good advise. The pools themselves are good but as a school group that visits in December every year (300+ kids) that had been booked since February, (we get pizzas from pizza hut for a treat for lunch) and were not allowed to bring them in because they were commercial food boxs. The pizza was fine but the box was not allowed because they changed there rules in August and didn't inform the school of the change. Poor very poor and it's not like the cafe would cope with those numbers when it takes 15 to get a coffee.

Originally built in the 1970's This is a wonderful facility which has evolved a lot over the last 30 year's... Recently re-opening for summer after huge upgrades. It is a great place for team training, warm downs from the gym, spending a day with the Family and or relaxing with that special someone in a private spar..... Indulge yourself.

Great day at the pools celebrating pre-christmas lunch with extended family, even had santa for the kids. We could take in our gazebos, chairs and tables all the yummy food for the day. No lable foods like pizza, KFC etc. If you did like we had you have to take it out of the boxes out the front door and transfer into containers. Good place to go and exercise. Swimming is something I really enjoy but haven't been for ages. My friend and I have decided to go. I have arthritis in both knees and another leg ailment at present so am unable to swim properly but am aquajogging the pool instead. There are a lot of things to do with a dive pool, 50m swimming pool. 25m warm pool, a pool outside fir summer, a therapeutic pool, an onsite gymnasium, hydroslide, bbq area, fun for the whole family.

Very nice place to visit, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Currently the spa and sauna facilities are under renovation and scheduled to be completed by the end of the month. Gym facilities are good as well.

OK but this place couldn't be bothered to answer emails or phone calls with regard to my grand daughter who swims with an English squad practising with their squad during her months stay.So her coach gave us printed cards with instructions on keeping her training going.Which we did at these pools.Sad as if one of their squad was in the UK they would have been made welcome

Island style, Major excitement if you made time for, you, and with your family/ friends even individuals working out in the, wait for it....A Gym. Yeah I challenge you to try it.
