P.Hard case friendly out of town pub. Food excellent. Wish there were more places like it.
L.We had lunch beef burger delux. Excelleny meal. Would have given 5 stars but service a bit slow. Staff were friendly and a lovely spot for a break whilst travelling. Pet friendly too.
D.I liked it because it reminded me it's an icon pub along that road, come on let's support our main road small public bars refreshments , yarns etc..😎👍
I.This is a very interesting local attraction. Must see if you have children or interested in historical New Zealand rural development, with a very modest admission fee.
P.Beautiful setting for family gatherings. Loved the big shaded area out the back and another grassy area for the kids to play.
V.Great little place to stop and visit with huge servings of food. Nothing special other than the kiwi uniqueness and frienliness of a local northland pub, which is rapidly disappearing
T.Love the big fat juicy beef burger. Recommend it stop in on your way to auckland. Well worth the price👌👌
