B.Coming from near the top of the North island, dropping by this place whilst on holiday and finding Classic on tap was outstanding, but, then sampling the menu pushed me to 5 stars.

K.Pretty average pub. Limited beers on tap but if you love a Speights you found your home.
K.We had wedges with the works and a land platter with gravy. The gravy was super. No complaints with wedges all thou topping was stingy. Land platter Chips were perfect best in town. Spring rolls werent anything fantastic. And best of all, staff had A+ service . Quick to clear tables and friendly service 😁👌. Thank you to the lady's of today .
P.Thursday night at the Northern, I had no luck with the meat raffle. Bar meals looked great. Red wine tasted good. Nice friendly service from the staff.
