I had an amazing salad with my chicken fillers,& although my partners steak was cooked nicely it was a bit chewy. The staff were friendly & helpful,but we were very surprised we weren't asked to show our covid vaccination passports to dine inside the restaurant!!!

We had a lovely meal. The renovations all look good and there is a great play area for the children. Very good prices and a nice place with a good atmosphere for a night out with the family. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Went to the Homestead restaurant. Very average, sent the Roast of the Day back....needed a chainsaw to cut through the vegetables. Pasta dish was lovely. Servings could have been bigger for the price. Fantastic service from our waitress who went above and beyond

Popped in for what use to be a Friday go to for lunch, great new refit but unfortunately the food has slipped back. Chips under cooked, no salad (bush road coleslaw is not a salad), the sausage was bland and tasteless, blue cod was fresh and tasty but once again chips and coleslaw where vesy average.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly welcoming staff. As a rule the meals are excellent, but myself and a friend had a dozen cooked oysters each, but we were disappointed. The oysters were terribly small and rubbery to chew.

Nice place. Know for years as the 'Av' until refurbished and rebranded by the lLT as the Brewers Elbow. Cobb and Co restaraunt is in the same building. Good atmosphere and caters to all tastes. Good bar menu and nice sheltered outdoor area for warm days and nights. Usually has some of the best bar staff in town too. Even allowing for regular turn over off staff. Well worth a visit.
