K. H.Always clean and tidy in my experience and there's space for truck parking by the resource centre (provided the car park isn't full but I've never had an issue finding a park during the week).

Q.Decent toilets. At first I thought it was in the Hobbiton information house area place. I asked and they made me go to the back by the car park to get to the toilets. It was a hell of a task to walk and get to the toilets.
L. h.it s a nice area but the bins out side of the toilets in the car park need to be empty out to full to put rubbish in on 2/01
