J.Saturday night dinner. Restaurant was fully booked but we could sit in the bar area and order from the restaurant menu. Bit loud for us but that was our own fault for not booking a restaurant table.
Good friendly service, quick 👌.
Food was very nice and filling. Burgers, steak and pizzas. Will need to go back and try more of the menu.

K.We took the grandchildren for a late lunch. They ordered their meals and we're pleasantly surprised by the size of their meal All commented they were going back again next visit. Thanks for your friendly service by all the staff and it was cheap for what we had.
M.The establishment is nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was very clean. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was busy however our meal took a long time to arrive around 1 hour. When we enquired after waiting 30 minutes staff could not locate our order. Our food arrived for all of us at the same time, that is very good. Only point about the food was my fish (Hoki) was a little dry suggesting it was a little over cooked. The staff apologized for the wait to get our food. The restaurant has a nice village vibe and located close to the beach.

C.We had a wonderful dinner last night! My wife had the Halo Burger (V). Halloumi and portobello mushrooms were to die for! Fish and chips were good, though portion size for price was questionable. Overall we left full and very pleased with the service. This was not our first time at the Boundary and we definitely will be back to try some of the other options.

N.Lovely old fashioned country type family pub, but just a bit more modern. Friendly staff with fast food service and Guinness on tap! Especially like the playing card table numbers! Would definitely recommend stopping in.

W.Great place and atmosphere went there with four friends and shared the pizzas and other nibbles from the menu plus a few beverages food was served rather quickly which was awesome because we were starving. Staff were busy but very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, professional service. The food was great with good portions for reasonable prices. Kids were well accommodated for with kiddy activity packs and their meals first.
The only improvement I would suggest is to take a drinks order early, before any food orders. This would mean an extra round of drinks sold and enjoyed! Not a big deal and something I notice most places we dine at could benefit from.

H.We went for a very late lunch the other day and it wasn't a problem. Two adults and two kids. We all thought our meals were delicious- I would definitely recommend the soft tacos - yuuuum! Love that they have a bouncy castle and play area for kids and those cool packs for them with crayons and stickers and games. We were able to have a chat while kids played and then we all enjoyed our meal together. Great afternoon 😊
J.Food fairly good and super quick. Slightly weird to have a security guard on site. Is this the norm here? Chips average, go for the mash.
V.Fantastic food and service. My only critique is if we ask if there's availability to smoke outside and you say yes, one would assume that smoking is acceptable in all outdoor areas. Signage will help with that.

P.Lovely lunch for 5 enjoyed company and staff. The 2 fish dinners were a tad fishy but everyone else enjoyed their meals, clamari salad, pulled pork soft tacos, and pork belly. Will be back just maybe not for fish lol.

In the restaurant side, there was a lot to be happy about. The atmosphere was laid-back and inviting. Apparently they will shortly go through a full remodel, and based on what they already have, it's going to look great.
The food was fantastic! Not only did it taste excellent, but the serving sizes were enormous. Never before have I had to remove items from my burger to fit it in my mouth. Never before have three skewers been too few to hold my burger together. I wasn't even able to finish my chips.
There was a good number of beers available, bottled and on tap, including one guest tap. Plenty of craft beer, though I was surprised not to see Tuatara on the menu, given how close we were to the brewery. I don't know enough about wine to comment.
The service was also fantastic, with friendly wait staff, and very prompt service. They were happy to answer our questions about the food.
All in all, a place I'm happy to recommend, and I'll definitely be back!

N.I came in a few months back for lunch. I had the ribs. Absolutely on point tender tasty swimming in sauce on a bed of wedges with a salad. Service was great. I came back today and ordered same meal. Ribs were ok non existent sauce fries not wedges. Barmaid spilled my beer washed glass off with water and served anyway. She then split the finger bowl on the table laughed and left. The finger bowl had salad floating in it. Very different inconsistent dining experience. Disappointed as I drove a fair way for the amazing ribs from my first visit.
L.Nice atmosphere with a buzz of people enjoying themselves. Dessert menu is pretty good - I enjoyed the mango sorbet sundae.
R.Lovely staff. Had a really extensive menu which took a while to get through but I can recommend the dirty bacon fries and the tacos, also the sundaes are really good.

I.Great place for a drink and food. On the downside staff always seem to be new and changing so never know the menu.
V.My meal was to heavy,to much butter&cheese, you could taste that the chicken was cooked ,chilled then put on the hot plate or pan. 'carbonara'
It doesn't take long to use fresh guys.

A.Great spot for quality pub grub. $12 lunch menu is my favorite always changing and exciting. Staff are welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Recent remodel has lightened and freshened the place.

Good range of beer and wine, one of the best in Kap it. All without the prices of other establishments that can charge a premium for a decor.

F.As a former licencee and owner of service related businesses I am impressed with this establishment.
I have been an occasional customer over the past two years (aprox.10 visits)
The first point is that the core staff and management have not changed in that time.
In an industry famed for its transient workforce it means the staff are content because the business is well managed.
This sense of relative harmony puts the customer at ease and enhances their experience.
Also a qualified chef I find both the menu and wine list extensive, varied and well thought out.
Ther are a variety of price brackets to suit most pockets and palates.
A.Wow wasn't expecting this, the food is outstanding, best steak in the bay succulent spare ribs, beautiful fresh fish, awsome stuffed chicken , staff that go out of their way for you.and very generous servings.
Will definitely be a regular everytime I'm in town😋👍Stunning.

Prices are on the upside but not extravagant, "emerson taste tray" a good start, worth it for those who don't know the range.
Parking expensive at side door, toilets modern & great, seafood up to coastal location. Band nights worth a check . . Recomended

J.Just been refurbished and I think the staff are still finding out where to find everything. Lots of flat wooden panelling which amplifies the noise, I ended up shouting at times to carry on a conversation.
I think it'll improve and gain popularity quickly.

I had ribs, which as usual made me as messy as a 3yr Old but they were so good......washed down with a low carb speights to ease my guilt from pigging out the fries. Friendly staff and hospital grade cleanliness everywhere, I highly recommend this place if you're in need of a table for 1 or 100......
