The food, Awesome! Everything, from Entrees, to the Mains, were Incredible! Prawns, Pizzas, Burgers, Shanks, and Pork Ribs, just fall off the bone. Fantastic experience! The service, Amazing frim the Dynamic Duo. Highly recommend!

Went in on a Saturday evening with friends, great band and we all had a good night. Only odd thing was the barman seemed to take great enjoyment in taking my order then before completely my order asking other punters there order, completing there order, then asking me again as if he hadn't already asked, for my order again, before again taking another persons order and going ahead and completely there order. Finally another bar woman came up and asked and completed my order. Made me feel very uncomfortable!

The main bar area was very noisy so was diverted upstairs. Decor was a bit sparse and the service was slow due to a single server (she was nice but a bit pushed). The food was Ok and ranked as good basic pub food. Will try again on a quieter night to see what the downstairs area is like.

I wish i remembered to take a photo but it wouldn't have even done it Justice as the Steak I ordered was amazing! Seriously so good and i've had many steak meals in my time but this one was one of the best. The portion was huge which i like and the mash was just right and a huge amount of gravy. The Steak just melts in your mouth. 10/10!!

Very quiet on a Sunday Night. Restaurant modern and clean. Good spacing between tables. Tables well setup. Set all day menu with kids menu. Front of house staff friendly and polite. Orders taken and correctly returned. Wait time was short. Prices are reasonable. More a sports bar and restaurant. So perhaps not a place to go if your looking a quiet dinning experience.

Large portions of delicious food. We got a pizza, a lamb shank and a chicken pasta. All were hot and delicious. Came out ridiculously quick! Servers were very friendly and happy to make small changes for dietary requirements.

Upstairs is lack lustre and no vibe what's so ever. Food was OK. Cob loaf was the highlight, pork belly was tough and crackle was not quite crackle, more chewy, although the veggies and gravy were yum. Lamb shanks were good. Service was OK

Ordered a Fettuccine and Cob Loaf, fettucine was nice but a little too strong flavoured for me, but the Cob Loaf was so soft, best one I've had in a while, way better than Lone Stars. Also ordered a Hot Fudge Cake but they ran out of the cake and gave me a brownie, the brownie wasn't that great, was hoping to have the cake as I've heard it is quite similar to Denny's Hot Fudge Cake when you have the cake version

Had my birthday lunch here, food was very good, shank, ribs and chicken salad, only thing was the chicken was extremely spicy hot. I couldnt eat it, salad was nice though, 4x coronas bucket made it cheaper to have a few drinks. I will go there again

Such a great place to stop for a bite and a drink, the service is always really amazing as well as very welcoming, the pricing of the food I find is really good! There range of food and drink is great, nice and wide, plus the cocktails are so delicious! , The Greta thing about Ed st too is they have a restaurant upstairs for those who like to dine in and have a eating area downstairs for both occasions, highly recommend

Beautiful Kai, Service was Great. But my sister ordered Tempura Battered Fish. Sadly that was not Tempura it was Soft batter this is the only reason my Star rating dropped from a 5 to a 4. Ribs 🤤💙and Chicken Pamisiana was Fabulous👌.

The meals we ordered where excellent, Both the Duck Breast and Lamb Shanks where cooked perfectly. Our waiter was excellent (manners, service) and very helpful with his knowledge of the menu. Will be going back again.

I once scored this place just 3 stars. However, I have to say that the service is excellent and the menu caters for all. Nice historic setting in the old Fire station, with ample of separation so you can choose to get someplace out of the crowd or roll with it. Perfect for almost any occasion with plenty of off street parking.

Wife and I had a fabulous dinner. Mountainous plate of delicious battered fish and huge crunchy chips. Wife had pizza packed with assorted meat vegs and dressed in tasty sauces. Arguably the best she has eaten. Service was fabulous too. We don't normally tip for great service definately. Looking around the resaurant at other satisfied diners reinforced we had found a great eating place. We're coming back with the mokos for sure. Tthanks guys

Each of the four of us had different meals, the service was OK, but slow. My tandoori chicken had hardly any taste to it. The rice was only just warm. It is over priced compared for what you get and what is on offer locally as well. Now tried the upstairs Portobello Restaurant, enjoyed a very nice meal. My duck had plenty of meat. The portions were ample and cooked nicely. My wife enjoyed her fillet eye steak too. Would come back again.

It's a tough one this. The bar and drinks and happy hour are the best in puke. However the downstairs food quality and service just runs hot and cold. Tried the duck pate which was huge and tasty but hardly and crusty bread so I have to ask for more. Deserts were top class. Pizzas some nights are perfect but other times are undercooked or appear to be missing ingredients. However I love there live music and the place is all ways tidy and humming.

As a travelling Brit it's great to go somewhere and be made so welcome. Great atmosphere.. band were rocking.. and they even loaned me some shoes as I only had sandals on. Staff are all friendly and I would say if you're in Pukekohe Ed Street is a must for a visit!!!

Friendly staff, really good pub grub and very reasonable drink prices. This is an great venue and a great place to watch live sport. My only recommendation would be that they phase out the pokies which attract a negative element - if you want gambling services then put in a self service TAB machine which would better complement the live sport offerings.

It's a great place, inside, and outside, I love the outside area best , barstaff is exelent , and you should try their potato wedges with bacon and sour cream ,, my God what an amazing plate full, and what was even better , the potato wedges where well done,, and that makes all the difference,, 10 out of 10 for me ,,👍

We had a wonderful evening at Portobello restaurant in Pukekohe. The food was exquisite and catered to all tastes. The steaks and seafood were cooked to perfection. The menu catered for our Al la Carte tastes. My fussy son ( not so Al a Carte) said Burgers and fries were to die for! The service was always with a smile and I could not fault anything. Thanks for making my Dads birthday a memorable experience. See you again soon
