K.Excellent customer service. Excellent food. We ordered the market fish and chips. It was very good, chips were crispy as it should be, chicken was finger lickin good. We asked for extra sauce and got a good top up.

Great Servive, great menu, lovely drinks and also so accommodating especially with having two toddlers running around and getting hyper after their milkshakes 🍧🍦🍨🍭
S.Supply problems meant there were a few things off the menu however we were all pleased with what we were able to order. The peppered squid definately got a thumbs up as did the strawberry cheesecake.
Wait staff was very helpful and seniors discount applied.

D.8 of us has a really lovely Mother’s Day lunch here. Great service and lovely food. Wide range of options (our party ranged from kids to elderly). All of us were very impressed and will be back again. Our youngest loved the kids entertainment area. Thank you all for a really nice lunch.

K.My wife and I are new to the area and decided to pop in here after driving past a few times. Food and service was excellent. My wife can't have dairy or gluten and there are plenty of options for her. The chicken burger is also amazing. The best burger I've had in years.

D.Had a meal here on Thursday night, it was delicious!!! The ingredients were fresh and all done beautifully, especially the seafood. The pizza was just right and the chicken burger crispy, everything we choose was of a high standard. The service was first class and we'll be very happy to go back to try more yummy dishes!! Price was great value for the quality. Highly recommend, and make sure you have a cocktail as the bar staff are very talented too!
H.My partner and I had a wonderful experience at The Longkeeper this morning. The staff were incredibly lovely, asking us numerous times how things were with our experience. The food was absolutely delicious, such good value for money! We got the wheelbarrow platter. We loved the idea of ordering through a QR code at the table. It was easy and straight forward. Our food and drinks were brought to us in a timely manner. The facility was clean and cosy without being too noisy.
Best parts were 100% the taste and the friendly staff!

T.We enjoyed a good, cold beer with a plate of fried stuffed jalapeno peppers and crispy fried chicken to share between two. Good value and attentive service. Enjoyable date night was had!

The portions are huge.... I struggled to finish my chicken burger.
This place uses an online ordering system, using a smartphone. Very easy to use, once you get the hang of it. But, be careful. Not all of the menu items are on the Web version.
As regards the service and food, both are top notch. We had lunch on Sunday, and the place was very quiet.
A nice establishment, good food. You will not be disappointed.

K.This was my first visit since the rebranding and refurbishment. I must I was quite pleased with the decor, was much more welcoming than the last business.
We were glad that we had booked ahead as it was quite busy, being an warm autumn evening it was nice and refreshing to have the windows wide open and a cool breeze blowing while we dined.
I had the Lemon Chicken washed down by a Black Dog Golden Lab beer, my wife had the Steak Sandwich. Both meals were very nice and just about the right size for a light meal. We did struggle to make our choices of food as there were so many good options worth trying.
The staff were nice and friendly, the food was reasonably priced as well. It makes a good place to come with family and friends including children.
We'll be back to try another yummy looking option.

Recent visit, the meals were a mixed bag. The lamb shank was beautifully done but the stuffed chicken breast was dry and tasteless

J.Managed to get a table near the kids corner which was great at keeping the toddlers entertained when they weren't dancing on the stage. Staff were super helpful providing colouring in items and lolly pops. Recommend booking a table if coming for dinner esp with kids.
Food was standard pup fare. We had sharing platters which were good value and you could choose the items you had.
R.Came here in the evening with my dad and the Food was wonderful and I loved my drink and Dad loved his beer. But most importantly, there was a very nice and polite waiter, he said he was from South Africa. Highly recommend for a quick feed and wonderful service. And a big plus for me was that they use cardboard staws instead of plastic, which is much better for the environment.

W.We're not local. It was purely accidental that we walked into The Longkeeper bar and restaurant in Pukekohe. What a nice surprise! The menu covers a great range of food from traditional kiwi dishes to Asian fusion. I am a rugby mad fan whilst my two friends aren't. I was able to occasionally check the game without being rude for the screen is set quite away from the dinning area - non-invasive! Friendly and attentive staff. Value for money!
T.One of Pukies long serving pubs changed by many handa over yrs but still a location to go for a nice semi pub style or the more finer dinner meal options. Good pricing on both that wont make you dry the dishes afterwards! The menes are always changing regulary so its never boring. Also with the pub side there is big screen TV so the rugby or motor sport wont be missed & the mini casino for that little flutter to kill the itch! Good bar serive to.
a.Great service especially by our waiter Kadon and the food was amazing. We had the wheel borrow platter which allows you to pick 12 out of 16 items of food to have. This platter was great for my partner and I as I only can eat seafood and he’s a meat eater. Our platter had chicken wings, ribs, steak, lamb, fries, garlic bread, prawns, salmon, salad, battered fish, squid and jalapeño bites. Everything was also cooked perfectly and we also had to take the rest home. Best selection of item options to have on a platter. Would definitely be back.
D.We had a company function on Friday evening. Amazing food taste and coolest experience forever! Sparkling clean bar restaurant, good spoilt in local Puke. Thanks for all staffs’ help and well done pre-organization. It will definitely be our fixed function place to go in the future.
S.Service was really good, food came out quick but the food was only ok. I wouldnt recommend the ribs. For the $35 price tag it was rather small and isnt cooked in sauce like most ribs are and doesnt come with chips. Better ribs at other places in puke. Alot of items on the main menu were not avaliable which was strange because we went in early for dinner just before 6.
T.I always bring my Staff and Members (Anytimefitness Pukekohe) here for our after drinks and food. We get treated like royalty every time. Their platters are the best here in Pukekohe hands down. Lovely staff and the live music tops it off. Cheers Guys-Kareem

H.For anyone out there looking for a massive meal for a reasonable price but also brings the 5 star quality that only high end restaurants would serve, this place is by far one of the top, if not the top on my list to go to and you will not be disappointed in portion sizes and amazing taste. The service was very warm welcomed and attentive they were, I honestly couldn't fault them on that note. I love how the longkeeper also has a area for my children to play in while they waited for me to finish my "wheelbarrow" (literally a real wheelbarrow) full of food. My words dont do my experience justice and I highly recommend this place to everyone who reads this. Good work longkeeper!
